We loved our stay at Thea Villas & Suite. The one-bedroom villa was perfectly located on the edge of Old Town, easy to walk everywhere and simple to find parking in a hidden spot the management showed us. The team couldn’t have been more helpful, they bought a toaster for us and replaced the coffee maker right away. The villa was excellent, with a lovely window overlooking the sea, and you can tell it’s been thoughtfully converted from an old space. The only small issue was the water taps, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend!

Tired and in need of upgrade. bathrooms in particular are poorly ventilated so emit a musty smell and the twin room itself has a whiff of sewage. A weird bath arrangement in double room with no shower curtain and head fitting both rusty and in need of replacement. you have to sit in the bath and hold the shower head. A window in the bedroom seemed to have warped and wouldn’t open. The kitchen was well equipped but also had a weird smell. outside the table is cracked and peeling and needs to be sanded and fixed. Also note that the bedrooms acome off an internal but open courtyard which is accessed from a locked courtyard door to the outside. BUT if the weather is poor there is nowhere to sit inside together other than the slightly depressing kitchen or the overlooked patio outside the main apartment . Also, note that there is no view from the seating area outside the internal courtyard you see in the pictures (it looks like there is from one picture but that is from the flat across the path) and that this seating area is very public as it is the other side of the internal courtyard door and sides on to a footpath up to town. We also had a key issue - but the rep seemed cross that I wanted to lock the individual bedroom doors at night from the inside (the apartment is on the ground floor and although the internal courtyard door was locked there was a low wall that could easily be jumped over to gain access to an unlocked bedroom - we tried it!) - the rep was very rude and so we left a day early and checked into a hotel for the night which was less than the cost of a night here….. you live and learn. Also note that is is accessed via a small winding steep road to a car park. fine for us but if you are a nervous driver, maybe not !!!
Rented 2 apartments : Thea 2 and Thea 4 for 6 of us. Thea 2 was excellent - stayed there many times before. Thea 4 had a lovely layout but many problems.
Thea 4 : outside door lock didn't work (joiner fixed it); lack of towels supplied (had to borrow from Thea 2); reported a horrendous stench from the toilet (plumber came to fix day 3) - smell worse day 4 - plumber came day 5 & put chemicals down drains. Advised toilet and shower out of use that day. Had to contact company to advise whether we could start using it again. Advised yes. However the chemical smell worsened & eventually guests had to shower & use toilet in Thea 2 for the remainder of the holiday. Also no WIFi for 2 days - reported.

Great location Super helpful owner even helped us navigate our way to the apartment. Otherwise we would have struggled with directions and where to park Close to beach acropolis and all the action in Lindos View was amazing we watched the sunrise from our windows

Location was fantastic. 1 minute from main square. 4 minutes from beach. Lovely patio area with stunning view. Air conditioning that worked. Very private. People we booked with were so helpful, especially Michelle.

Konum olarak denize en yakın evlerden biri. Lindos da yaşayınca bu güzel bir avantaj. Evin imkanları ve performansı çok iyi. Dışarısı çok sıcak olduğunda evin yapısı gereği çok güzel bir soğuğu var. 2 banyo olması çok güzel toplam 5 kişilik yatak 1 tanede koltuk var ki 1 kişi rahatça yatabilir. Her odadan orta balkona çıkış imkanı var.

Il est au calme tout en étant à proximité immédiate du centre à pieds. Stefanos nous a attendu jusqu’à 23 h suite à un retard d’avion
