The owner was too kind and polite. They treated us with homemade mosaic cake, which they left to our fridge when they cleaned up the room. The place was clean, the location is on the hill on the way to Syvota center, perfect if you are travelling by car and want a quiet stay with a beautiful garden.
The mattresses were too soft and caused us back pain. They need to invest on new bed mattresses. Also, I don't see the point of cleaning the room again the first day of accommodation as soon as the guests leave the room. The first day is usually a mess, and I don't want anyone see my mess. This seems to be a norm in Greece though, I guess it is part of their customer satisfaction service. It is kind, but unnecessary in my opinion.

We had a wonderful stay at Oliveto e Mare. The room was very nice, comfortable, and located close to the sea, which made the experience even more relaxing. The hosts were extremely kind, welcoming, and genuinely warm, making us feel very welcomed. Their hospitality added a special touch to my trip. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Olivieto e Mare in Sivota. The accommodation is modern, clean, and very comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The location is excellent – close to the sea and within easy reach of local shops and restaurants, yet peaceful and quiet. The hosts are incredibly kind and helpful, making sure every detail is taken care of and that guests feel welcome. I would gladly return and highly recommend Olivieto e Mare to anyone visiting Sivota.
Everything is organized perfectly. The hosts are very hospitable,the surrounding is wonderful,the garden is picturesque,apartments around olive trees. The rooms are cleaned every day and Mr Bill and his wife are there for whatever you need,whether it is a travel tip or anything you need during your stay. Every day they would bring us some snacks(sweet,pastry,fruit), a really nice gesture.

Vasilis and Stela were the best host ever, everyday the room was cleaned, it was peaceful very close to the biggest beach Megaliamos definitely you get the best value for the money. Everything is close 3-10mins with car drive the best beast and most popular beaches, the city center and every other tourist attraction.
Το πιο όμορφο κατάλυμα από όσα έχουμε επισκεφτεί τα τελευταία χρόνια! Ήσυχο, καθαρό, με πάρκινγκ και υπέροχο κήπο. Οι ιδιοκτήτες ευγενεστατοι, μας πρόσφεραν πρωινό και γλυκό καθημερινά και ήταν πάντα χαμογελαστοί! Ευχαριστούμε Βασίλη και Στέλλα! Θα ξανάρθουμε!

This is a lovely and quiet place with a beautiful garden and very kind hosts. It takes 3 minutes to walk to Megali Ammos beach and 5 minutes by car to get to the center of Syvota. It is such a great value for money.

Πεντακάθαρο τόσο στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους όσο κι μέσα στο δωμάτιο.
Έχει πολύ άνετα κρεβάτια και τα σεντόνια μυρίζουν υπέροχα!
Ιδανικό για έναν ξεκούραστο ύπνο.
Διαθέτει ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ πράγμα που διευκόλυνε την διαμονή μας.
Η επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες ήταν άριστη και σίγουρα θα τους επισκεφθούμε ξανά.
