We didn’t have breakfast but hotel provides free coffee. The location is not in ancient town but in the edge of one gate.

big space of room....fair price..they also give me room upgrade ...staffs were helpful...
location....on friday. morning .there was a bazaar wet market..and there was no information from the hotel...so access for taxi and didi become difficult..not easy to get taxi/ didi...at night a lot of garbage in front of the hotel and around....but the most problem..is the day...i have to check in...i recieve an email that mention about cancellation....from hotel..i m quite panic..and i reply the email also i send text through booking.com...but no response at all...i just came ..and try to checked in..and there was no problem...so i m bit confuse...if there any cancellation ..why they have to send me an email..it makes me a bit panic...and they don t have a car hotel..really depend on didi and taxi..eventhough finally the can help me to booked a 7 seater car go to dali station..because i bring 4 big luggages..and we are group of 4....please improve about the communications ? informationsto the customer...

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Toilet seat with heating function is great during winter. The laundry area provided is a plus.
Need to pay extra for breakfast and spread is not great.

Clean, modern very spacious room, fantastic view. Warm! We stayed during a cold spell , when evening temperatures had fallen well below average, many residences and certainly restaurants don’t cater for this. Hilton is nice and cozy!
Booking.com give the property its incorrect location on the map, they locate it closer to the north gate , so be aware and check location on a non - booking map. Having said that, there is nothing wrong with this location. Certainly not the fault of the hotel.
The room is great both in central area and in the room.
The location is too far from Old Town Dali. It' s quite far comparing to the location shown in the web.

The staff speaks very poor English. No real fruit juice at breakfast.
Location, outside old town for peace and quiet at night. Hotel staff were helpful in directing us to various attractions. Room comes with a humidifier. Facilities were complete, including laundry and gym.

It was an amazing stay. We truly appreciated the room upgrade—the space was generous and well-equipped with great amenities. Housekeeping was prompt with daily service, which made our experience even more comfortable.
The hotel is brand new and beautifully decorated. The room has a modern vibe, with excellent facilities—spacious, comfortable, and extremely satisfying to stay in. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming. The location is great: peaceful despite being in a lively area, and it's easy to get to various nearby attractions by ride-share service or taxi.
One morning, the steamed buns served at breakfast were not properly heated and were still cold. I hope more attention can be paid to this in the future. That said, the overall quality of the breakfast is still quite good.
