Kitchen is good.
There was no hot water in the shower. All faucets were loose. When you are on a business trip, you do not want to waste your time on resolving all these issues. Otherwise it was all good.
The apartment was wonderful.
Very comfortable with large open spaces.

Loved that there were 2 air conditioners, one in the main area and one in the bedroom, to control the room temputures.
The noise from the pipes. I'm not sure what was causing it, but it was continuous---non stop throughout my stay.
No draw space in the bedroom for clothes.
Could use a few more hangers in the closet.

It was our anniversary. When we arrived there was no key in the lock box so if we were not able to reach an attendant we would have been unable to get into the building?? The room being unkempt is an understatement because the room was absolutely filthy. Literally nothing had been cleaned. AT ALL. Because it was our anniversary we assumed that we were purchasing the room that they display on the website, the larger room with the large countertop. however, we were given the tiniest room they had, Although the room was obviously unkept, the last straw was when we went to go to sleep that night. The BED was literally filthy. We literally had to make a call at around 11:30 PM. We were told they did not have any clean linen at that time and was offered the original room that we assumed we were purchasing for our anniversary. That was the one that was advertised and it was very clean and very nice. I have spent the last three weeks trying to get this situation, resolved through some form of compensation, but they literally have never called me back, not even once. The unbelievable level of disrespect was astounding. I am not sure if they saw us at the door and saw what color we were, but it certainly feels as though that is what happened. Complete total shut out as though we were not worth giving any level of explanation regarding our experience, we have yet to receive a phone call. Looking at their reviews, it’s surprising that they responded to our family this way. POC BEWARE.
Very nice overall! Everything was A1 from start to finish. Only thing—there was a machine clicking sound all day, and I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. Other than that, great experience!
The facilities are very nice and it were clean!
The lock of the main door did not work, I could not close the door every time that I needed to go out. That means I was not able to leave my stuff inside. I asked the staff for help and they did not answer.

The parking is free, but you have to redo it every day.
Close to Nationwide Children's Hospital and Grant Hospital , the main library, Cosi, the museum of art, etc. Free parking a lot right by the back door. Well equipped kitchen, separate bedroom, comfortable mattress. I felt safe despite being in the middle of downtown. Interestingly, it is located on the bottom floor of an office building.
No on-site staff. Glitches in the entry method. It involves two codes and a key fob that was stored in a lock box. The key fob is small and easily misplaced or mistakenly put into someone's pocket. I was locked out one evening due to another resident having taken the fob. I tried the front door, and that lock box was not working at all. I called two different numbers to ask for help getting into the building, but never received a call back. I finally stopped a policeman, who called the number and did get a reply. They were able to let me in electronically without the fob, and said that the fob would be put on a retracting cord so that it could not be removed. However this was never done.
Overall the apartment suited our needs perfectly. Unlocking the entry door was not clearly stated resulting in another guest guiding us. They too had had trouble. Also we had to recheck in for the parking multiple times which turned out to be time consuming.

The room had not been cleaned. The garbage cans were full, the shower had not need cleaned and there was hair all over it, the bed sheets had not been cleaned and there was hair all over it as well. The apartment smelled of fish. The parking was impossible to find. We called and got voicemail and no one ever called me back. I have sent several messages and an email and have still not gotten a response.

One AC united didn’t work, the one in the bedroom worked but would make a loud humming once very hour that would wake us up. Cleanliness could have been better — I found other people’s hair on the towels and bed. No waterfilter or ice cubes. Shower would run out of hot water. Bed had unpleasant bedding and was sunken in the middle. Couch was very uncomfortable. Unit smelled like marijuana upon arrival.
