La experiencia en el hotel y su restaurante fue excelente, el personal fue muy amable, la comida rica y tanto las áreas comunes y los alojamientos individuales muy limpios y muy bien presentados.
Todo me pareció muy bien, muy difícil decir que algo estuvo mal o no me gusto.
La vista al río
No conectaba el wifi
Es de fácil ubicación. Cómodo. Bonito ambiente. Tranquilo. Seguro. Excelente vista al río. Personal amable. Tiene un gym pequeño pero aceptable. Su restaurante...muy bueno.
El estacionamiento es pequeño. No me preocupé por el Wifi porque llevé el mio. Talvez el costo está un poco elevado pero...valió la pena.

Podría extenderse el horario de atención del restaurante los domingos.
Hermoso hotel, Instalaciones bien cuidadas y limpias, personal súper amable.
Falta aire acondicionado en los cuartos, el restaurant cerraba muy temprano en las noches

Personal de recepción debe mejorar trato al cliente y colocar blackouts a las Hab entrs mucha luz desde muy temprano
Das Hotel liegt sehr schön am Flusslauf, hat gemütliche Zimmer. Besonders die Zimmerterrasse mit bequemen Lesestühlen und Blick auf Garten, Pool, Fluss und Landschaft hat mir gut gefallen. Das Hotelrestaurant bietet abwechslungsreiche und gute Küche aus der Region (frische Forellen!), das Personal ist durchgehend freundlich und aufmerksam - rundrum ein erholsamer Aufenthalt.

El hotel es pequeño pero bonito, el personal es bastante atento, la ubicación del hotel es excelente porque está exactamente en el pueblo de Lunahuaná. Es súper limpio, la habitación fue bastante amplia y con camas cómodas, el baño bien equipado y no hay ruidos molestos.
El wifi es inexistente, no llega a las habitaciones que es algo que te indican al hacer el check in, también te comentan que sí hay wifi en las áreas comunes pero es muy inestable, así que prácticamente solo queda usar los datos del celular. Creo que si el desayuno fuera buffet sería ideal, también si tuvieran opciones para personas con restricciones alimenticias, como gluten free, opción vegana o sin lactosa.

Me encantaron las instalaciones, el concepto del hotel es super bonito y top.
La comida que ofrecen es deliciosa, al igual que los cócteles. El restaurante es demasiado bueno!
La amabilidad del personal es algo que valoramos mucho con mi esposo y aquí la verdad nos trataron super bien, desde la persona que te recibe en el parking hasta la recepcionista y los meseros. Una calidad humana inigualable.
La habitacion es super amplia, luminosa y acogedora.
Todo estaba super limpio.
Conclusión: Merece la pena quedarse en este hotel.
