Great staff. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms
Pros:

We had an amazing stay! The staff were outstanding and made us feel so welcome from start to finish. The pool was incredible, the food was delicious, and the beds were unbelievably comfortable… some of the best sleeps we’ve had while travelling. Everything was spotlessly clean and well looked after. We couldn’t fault our experience and would 100% stay again.

Fantastic Hotel with great amenities and right on Muri Lagoon. Amazing breakfasts, cocktail and canapé hour, clean rooms
Pros:

Nice spacious grounds with plenty of single and double outdoor lounges, both pool and beach side. Beds were super comfy, rooms were very clean.

Cons:

Some of the ground tiles in the room and around different parts of the club were quite slippery when wet.

Pros:

Think we stayed in one of the best rooms in the hotel, with a beach and lagoon view, with a nice terrace and sandy beach just in front of the room. Breakfast was good, but not perfect. WE rented a car from one of the rental companies. There are many of them along the road with more or less the same prices. Taking a rental for one day is quite expensive; it's better to have 3-4 days to get a good discount. There are many places around Rarotonga worth seeing and visiting. The market on Saturdays is one of those attractions. There are many nice restaurants in the island, worth visiting different ones. Aku Mata is the best here on the Cook Islands, reccommend to try it everywhere, so delicious. In general, the food here is amazing everywhere

Cons:

The breakfast menu might be better for the 5-star hotel, with a wider selection of seafood, etc. In fact, we had no choice for breakfast, although different every day, but just one choice, which you have no other choice but accept. There is no variety of options. The dinner menu is good, especially the Tuna Tataki - just awesome!

Swimming in the lagoon was not so pleasant - the water is not deep, with a lot of sea cucumbers at the bottom, you need to be careful not to step on them. The beach itself is very nice, but not for swimming. We enjoyed other beaches on the island, especially the Black Rock Beach with shallow water and a lot of fish: take the snorkeling mask if you go there.
