Huge ripoff!
Pros:

The only thing we liked was the location. Close enough to walk everywhere.

Cons:

It was a ripoff. I wouldn't have paid $100 nevermind close to $400. Room is clearly an old office. No extra bedding, small
Loud AC kept us up. Bright Exit sign above the inside door
No inside lock so anyone with a code can come in.
Shower pressure was poor terrible.
Toilet bubbles when you shower and there's NO LID ON IT! So bacteria spreading everywhere with every flush.
No table to put stuff in bathroom which seems silly but definitely don't want to put stuff on floor.
Terrible towels. It's small and so scratchy.

Pros:

The location.

Cons:

There was no trash can in the room even though all of the information seemed super strict about how cleanly the space was supposed to be left. There was some kind of stain or something on the blanket at the foot of the bed. There was no refrigerator in the room.

The stay was ok but wouldn't book it again.
Pros:

The room was clean.

Cons:

The shower had no shelves to sit soap or shampoo. Had to sit them on shower floor. The bathroom had no vanity to sit anything. The bathroom mirror was tiny. There was 1 plug in the bathroom and 1 in bedroom. We had to lay our phones on the floor. There was no where to sit suitcase beside in a small chair.

We had a lot of fun and the room was very cute.
Pros:

Beautiful view. Close by everything.

Cons:

Blinds were broken and blinds and windows weren’t cleaned. Everything else was very clean which was great. The AC kept kicking on and we had to use the heater in the room to keep it warm.
