Wir fanden das Frühstück gut. Der Strand war auch schön. Sehr nett waren die Mitarbeiter.
In der Preisklasse hätte ich mir eine Abholung vom Pier gewünscht. Ohne das Hotel zu verantworten müssen wir an dieser Stelle bemerken, dass der Fährbetrieb die Hölle ist= Stimmung ganz unten bevor der Urlaub eigentlich losging. Die TUK T'UK Maffffia will für jeden kleinen Transport 15 $ haben, sogar per Kopf 5$, habe ich so noch nicht erlebt. Also Pier zum Hotel 15$ und zurück ebenso. Die Zimmer hatten nicht 48m², damit werde ich mich noch mit Booking.com auseinandersetzen. Das Hotel fand ich überpreist, so eigentlich die ganze Insel. Leute fahrt nach Spanien, Italien oder sonstwo und nicht 9000km auf eine Insel in Kambodscha mit Müll überall und braunem Duschwasser. Die Insel hat auch kaum etwas zu bieten. Motorroller mieten ratet mal: ja 15 $ pro Tag. Wir kommen sicher nicht wieder
The beach access is a huge plus, and the area is impressively quiet.
What really made the stay, though, was the service. The staff are professional and actually helpful without being overbearing. We especially appreciated the woman at reception who made sure our trip to the resort was seamless. It's the small details and the overall professionalism that really stand out here.
We noticed a strong metallic scent in the water, not sure if it was the pipe or the water.
The rooms were clean and the hotel and beach are beautiful. Air conditioning worked well. The food was good, prices reasonable. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The water out of the faucets was yellow-ish and smelled metallic, as if rust got into the water supply. Service in the restaurant was a bit slow. The breakfast buffet options were very limited. Nothing horrible, I would still consider staying here again.

Beach Resort is Beautiful and Stunning Location with a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff are always very polite and always willing to help out. Food was great and some good bbq at night. After swimming and relaxing on the beach, we would have a night swim in the pool. They also offered paddle boards you can use for free. Bungalows are spacious with hot showers and in the morning we had buffet breakfast which we never skipped.
If you want tranquility and away from busier areas of the island. This is the place you go.
Distance can be an issue if you're looking to socialise a lot more. But the place has a few bars anyways so not big issue. Can always hire a tuktuk which the resort will request for you.

La qualité de l’eau est catastrophique. L’eau était orange et sentait la ferraille pendant tout mon séjour, c’était vraiment la note négative.
Les prix du restaurant sont trop élevés mais la nourriture est bonne.

This place stands out for its high standard, attention to detail, and great atmosphere. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, ensuring a very pleasant stay. The entire property is well-maintained and kept to a high level of cleanliness.
A big advantage is the staff – extremely helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist. Communication is smooth and professional, which significantly enhances the overall experience.
The location is also a strong point, perfect both for relaxation and exploring the area.
Overall, it’s a very good place that you’ll be happy to return to. Highly recommended!
A note regarding the front-row bungalow apartments:
Unfortunately, the bungalows in the first row appear to be quite worn and heavily used. This is visible in elements such as surface damage, signs of rust on structural beams, and roofing that seems unevenly finished or covered with materials that do not match the overall standard of the resort.
Considering that the property presents itself as a premium resort, these details give an impression of cost-cutting in materials and maintenance, which affects the overall perception of quality.
This is an area that would definitely benefit from refurbishment to better align with the otherwise high standard of the resort.
We stayed at the hotel for a week, and honestly, we didn’t even realize how quickly the time passed. Even though we explored the entire island, the best sea and beach were definitely at the hotel. It truly feels like a complete holiday resort—they take care of everything for you.
The food at the hotel was very good, and during happy hour, drinks are very reasonably priced. The cocktails, in particular, are delicious. Erik , xom and dimitry thank you so much all of them.
I would 100% recommend this hotel.
