Cons:

Trovate alcune macchie sulle lenzuola in fase di ingresso in camera e (almeno per quanto ci riguarda) il nostro alloggio avrebbe bisogno di un “lieve” restyling.
Inoltre devo segnalare che inizialmente (in fase di prenotazione), avevo richiesto e prenotato una sistemazione vista mare; all’arrivo in struttura ci hanno sistemato in una camera (nuova, bellissima) in ultima fila e lontana dal mare (la “vista mare” non c’era affatto). Inoltre c’era un evidente problema di privacy (l’ingresso in camera era attraverso una unica vetrata, peraltro non “oscurata”. Chiunque al passaggio poteva guardare quello che succedeva in camera nostra). Aggiungo che il wc non funzionava.

Abbiamo segnalato subito queste problematiche al personale che si è attivato immediatamente per la sostituzione della camera con altra soluzione; ci è stato affidato un bungalow (terza fila) che certamente ha risolto il problema “privacy” (i vetri erano oscurati, e il wc era funzionante), ma che comunque non soddisfava la mia richiesta iniziale di “vista mare”.

Chiaramente ci siamo accontentati (l’alloggio era più che dignitoso) e abbiamo molto apprezzato l’impegno del personale nel cercare soluzioni che (quanto possibile), soddisfacessero le nostre richieste.

Dit is een totale Zen-plaats
Pros:

Strand en zeewater uistekende kwaliteit, zacht aflopend strand en locatie wordt zo goed verzorgd! Voor´t eerst worden er geen afsluitingen geplaatst tussen de verschillende resorts!wat een super idee,zo lijkt de omgeving sereen en open. Er zijn 2 zwembaden, er is een gevarieerd inbegrepen ontbijt. Geweldige behulpzame en vriendelijk personeel. Goeie airco, goeie bedden en lakens, mooi en nieuw meubilair. De rust (afhankelijk van de nationaliteit gasten) . Het is iets duurder maar dat heb je ervoor over. Ideaal voor kinderen,met een speelhoek.

Cons:

Niks op aan te merken. Iedereen doet zijn uiterste best om gasten te verwelkomen en hun een zalige tijd te bezorgen.

Séjour très agréable, resort de qualité avec une équipe très bien
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal avec une vue paradisiaque, j’ai beaucoup apprécié l’accueil et la gentillesse de l’équipe. Le bungalow était très spacieux et propre.
Piscine, plage, sac, chapeau, parapluie, paddle etc à disposition, tout était top.

Cons:

La propreté laissait à désirer. Le logement était plutôt vétuste. Gros point noir concernant la climatisation et la salle de bain qui est à revoir. Aucun service de navette n’est proposé depuis le port vers l’hôtel et inversement alors que le complexe est excentré. Il vous faudra compter 5$ par personne et par déplacement pour un Tuktuk.

Mais les hébergements manquent d’espace et de mise à jour. Ils sont vieillots.

Cons:

La douche qui n’est pas délimitée dans la salle de bain. On se douche collé aux toilettes. Manque de clim dans la seconde chambre dans le bungalow vue sur mer. Il y a uniquement un ventilateur …

La camera era di recente costruzione .pulita e profumata.

Il comportamento nel conto di chek out . Perche avendo noleggiato il motorino x tre gg . E non aver fatto nessun incidente . Hanno pensato di staccare un pezzo davanti di plastica e fotografarlo nel momento che il motorino era fermo . Volevano 65 dollari . Dopo che ci siamo impuntati e visionato il motorino. Siamo andati in reception . E ci hanno rimborsato i dollari che avevamo pagato in più. E sono andato dal motorino di nascosto ed era aggiustato . Sono tranelli che fanno loro ,in hotel per prendersi dei soldi . Vasta dire che chiamino la Police. E tutto si tranquillizza . Attenzione a questi tranelli .

Todo perfecto! Habitaciones nuevas y amplias, desayuno buffet con diferentes opciones cada día, playa y piscina siempre limpias y ordenadas, servicio impecable y siempre sonrientes. Ideal para familias!

Great place to stay for a couple of calm days on your trip around Cambodia.
Pros:

Access to the facilities of this resort and next door one, part of the same group. Great swimming-pools and beach areas

Cons:

Restaurants need a better Cambodian-Asian offer and more competitive price. There is another resort next door (secret garden) offering amazing food for a lower price and better vibe, with live music and amazing cocktail deals. Also, there is not shop to get some essentials without the pain of going to the main town. Which for a resort of this size you can expect, to get sun protection or after sun.

Can’t fault the staff or the location, the most amazing beach and fantastic beachside pool.
Pros:

Set on a beach straight out of paradise…the whitest, finest sand I’ve ever seen. The water is very clean and you have complimentary use of both paddle boards and kayaks.

Cons:

The beds were very hard and the rooms a little basic - not a lot of places to put clothes. However very clean and you don’t spend much time in your room!
