Not the P/Q I hoped for
Pros:

It was clean, good kitchen facilities, quite at evening, nice bed

Cons:

The bath was a half bath so could not really be used, no hot water in the evening and only half warm during the morning.

The living room is not in the room itself like is advertised

Very noisy with other guest and cleaners in the morning.
