Incredible stay, would HIGHLY recommend!
Pros:

Everything was top notch! Incredible staff, great room, and great facilities! Highly recommend paying a little extra for included breakfast it was so good! Would absolutely stay here again!

There were three of us, our rooms were all excellent, the service exceeding expectations.
Pros:

From the moment we arrived the staff were exceptional. Professional, courteous, attentive. The atmosphere was very polished, and welcoming.

Pros:

The room was so lovely, the bed so comfortable, and the wrap around deck was divine. We also really enjoyed the buffet breakfast.

Unfortunately won't be back in a hurry
Pros:

The pool area was nice with the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi all in the same area

Cons:

Room was not clean, there was still crumbs on the floor in the room, paint around the place hasnt been touched up in a long time,coffee stains on the wall. shower had terrible preasure, parking was very expensive and to park yourself was a rigmarole. Then was told we could check out an hour later and ended up locked out of the room after the pool and had to go to front desk to get key reactivated.

Lovely hotel and conference venue but very basic in room coffee facilities.
Pros:

Lovely location away from the main CBD and excellent conference facilities on site. Comfortable bed. Room was clean and had a desk to work at too.

Cons:

No coffee pod machine in the room so reduced to freeze-dried granules - not what I expect of a hotel in this price range. The Accor App was very temperamental.

Really lovely hotel, will definitely return!
Pros:

Best bed ever! Staff were lovely, great facilities.

Cons:

Bar shut too early. Our group of 8 were coming back from a show at about 10:15pm and would’ve liked to have had a nightcap at the bar, but we checked online which said that the bar closed at 10:00pm. We went elsewhere for a nightcap but it would’ve been nice to have spent our money at the hotel and been close to bed.
