Rukshana Khan was wonderful, she saw I was not having a good with flights being delayed and room at my other motel booke

Mostly really good.
Pros:

The room was great but there was a dark hair in the tub. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was nice but I had to ask for butter for my toast, and when I was leaving myself and another guest were stuck in the elevator on the ground floor. The doors opened and then closed on me as a was trying to get out, knocked me quite hard, they then closed and none of the buttons worked. We eventually used the alarm button but it took a while to get an answer and we couldn’t hear the person speaking, the other lady asked him to speak up. Then the doors opened. That was a bit stressful but apart from that and the hair in the bath it was pretty good. I told the front desk about the elevator, and asked her to tell someone. The lads that did the valet were absolutely wonderful.

Cons:

No hair in the bath would help, and the elevator situation sucked.

Gute Lage vom Zentrumsrand. Der Hafen ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Zu kleiner Frühstücksraum bei Stoßzeiten.

Everything we needed
Pros:

Good location. Huge, comfortable room with good facilities. Friendly staff. Very nice restaurant & bar. Outside space. Lovely pool with spa .

Cons:

The air conditioning wasn't very effective but we were supplied with an extra fan on request.

Comfortable except smell
Pros:

The room was very comfortable

Cons:

As I told guest service, they put lot of perfume into the reception, elevator and room!!! I am allergic to string perfumes. Also, it did not bother to much but I would like to mention that lightning was poor in elevators and room

Like staying with friends.
Pros:

The Staff was so helpful and welcoming. They went out of their way to help me when I accidentally left my jacket in the breakfast room. They also helped me with getting transportation to the airport. They also remembered my name and greeted me by name. Also when I discovered that the room refrigerator wasn't working they immediately moved me to a different room.

Cons:

The coffee machine in the breakfast room did not work and there were lines to get coffee.
