I made about 50 calls to check in. Not a single call was answered. When I went to the location listed, there was not even a board there. Think carefully before booking a place like this. Because I booked here about a month before going. Everything I had planned was lost because of the bad service.
Helpfulness of the staff.
Couldn't get hot water out from shower and walls could do with a wipe, but the bedding itself was spotlessly clean.

The guy at the reception is very nice and helpful.
Everything was okay.
Conveniently located in the city center, the accommodation was overall, okay for the price. The room was spacious and had air conditioning, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
There was a slight musty smell and some visible dampness on the walls. The atmosphere of the room felt a bit plain, but overall it was functional.

It is located in the middle of the city. Easy to book vehicles and buy anything for essential things. Friendly staff.
All is good. It is not recommended for who will bring travel baggage more than one it's very complicated to bring upstairs through narrow steps
Kandy Rush Hotel was truly fantastic! We were so impressed by how clean and fresh everything felt. The service was excellent, making our stay incredibly enjoyable. We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit
