Wunderschön & nur zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war toll und der Garten des Hotels wunderschön! Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Insgesamt war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt vor allem bei dem schönen Wetter im Garten.

Very calm and clean Hotel nearby the river
Pros:

Very clean, very calm, A little bit outside of Chiang Mai Old town, but reachable by Bolt/TukTuk.
Very friendly staff, good Thai Food at the restaurant.
Minibar was included and was refilled very day

Fantastisches Boutique Style
Hotel mit super Service und Freundlichkeit.
Wir waren in der Withe Elephant Suite. Eine fantastische Suite mit dunklem Holzboden, viele Beläuchtungsoptionen, mit Style eingerichtet. Bad-Jakuzzi und geräumiges Badzimmer. Bequemes Doppelbett und Sofa, Veranda und Terasse mit zwei Liegstühle, Amenthies, Complimentary's und Früchteschale kostenlos. Ein kleines Hotel, dass knapp die 5 Sterne verfehlt!

For that "public figure" "Otoole" who has a bad comment for every single outlet of the Hotel and members of staff, who feels entitled to give orders and to decide who should be the manager, why dont you book at the Marriot or Shangri La next time if you expect 5 star service in a 4 star boutique hotel? Why you feel everyone should be speaking fluently English? Perhaps learn some basic Thai next time you go Chiang Mai! Even expecting changes made for next time he or she is in town, who are you? I call that rudeness, people like you with so much ego should not leave their homes!
