Pros:

Pyszne śniadania, profesjonalna i miła obsługa, pokoje czyste, sprzątane codziennie. Wyposażenie działało bez zarzutu. Basen również sprzątany co 2-3 dni. Super apartament.

Cons:

Małym minusem był brak klimatyzacji w salonie. W sypialniach była i w większości tam odpoczywaliśmy, bo w salonie było za ciepło.

Pros:

The view from the room is spectacular. Food in the Nest restaurant down was ok, but quite expensive. The stuff prepare a room, especially a bet very nice. Good job girls!

Cons:

Pool was not always clean. Bathroom needs a reparation. Especially shower. The water is not coming out properly. It's difficult to take a shower like this. And it was dirty also. Electricity went off a lot. They don't have generator. Without A/C is very hot inside.

Wszystko było ok bo takie tematy jak chwilowe przerwy w dostawie prądu czy drobne rzeczy do naprawy to normalne na wyspie a trzeba przyznać że wszystkie zgłoszenia były szybko załatwiane i obsługa pomogła nam kilkukrotnie w różnych sprawach no wymiana pieniędzy, wezwanie lekarza, zakup termometru itp

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and can genuinely recommend this place. Mohamed and the whole staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the first moment until we left. They were always available, quick to assist with anything we needed, and made us feel truly taken care of.
The bungalow we stayed in was beautiful and very comfortable — clean, spacious, and perfectly located. Waking up to the ocean view and enjoying the peaceful surroundings was a highlight of our trip. The terrace area was great for relaxing, and everything had that calm, authentic beach vibe that makes you instantly switch off and rest.
Overall, an amazing experience with great hospitality. Thank you, Mohamed, and thank you to the entire team — we would happily come back!

Pros:

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service. Zimmer direkt am Meer (bei Flut nur ca. 5 Meter vom Wasser entfernt). Ich bevorzuge eher kleine, familiäre Anlagen, was hier auf alle Fälle gegeben ist. In diesem Punkten hat es meine Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer befindet sich direkt über dem Restaurant und ist sehr hellhörig, wodurch man abends/nachts Lärm durch Personal und Bau hatte. Das Restaurant wird neu gestaltet und wird in Zukunft eine ansprechende, schöne Atmosphäre bieten. Für 5 bzw. mehr Zimmer gab es nur 2 Liegen im schlechtem Zustand. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und liebevoll dekoriert, aber es fehlt für einem längeren Aufenthalt ein Schrank - wir mussten aus dem Koffer leben. Die Aussenanlage jedoch ist nicht sehr gepflegt und steht im Widerspruch zur Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Wenn man im Hotel verweilen will, ist dies keine bequeme, komfortable Anlage. Sofern man jedoch die Insel erkunden will und viel unterwegs ist, wird man kaum ein Zimmer so nah am Wasser (bei Flut) und in einer schönen Lage finden.

Idyllische private Unterkunft in traumhafter Lage
Pros:

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand. Schöner Pool vorhanden für die Zeiten mit Ebbe.
Zugehöriges Restaurant mit leckerem Essen, dort sitzt man wunderbar mit Blick aufs Meer, oder das Essen wird auf Wunsch auch direkt aufs Zimmer gebracht.
Sehr freundliche und bemühte Mitarbeiter.

Piękny widok, super obsługa.
Pros:

Byliśmy w jednym z apartamentów - bardzo polecamy widoki, ale skrajny daje niesamowitą prywatność! Hotel jest odnowiony, bardzo smaczne śniadania, ale przede wszystkim fantastyczna obsługa - zawsze pomocna, nie ma dla nich rzeczy niemożliwych! Widok zarówno z ogrodu jak i samego apartamentu przepiękny - do tego prywatny basen, osłonięty co daje dużo komfortu! Sam apartament ogromny, każdy pokój z prywatną łazienką, duży salon i jadalnia z kuchnią. Bardzo polecam, przede wszystkim za obsługę! :)

Pros:

Overlooking Pongwe beach with a big view from the wide windows. Big room, nice bed, nice swimming pool.

Cons:

The facilities of the room were a little bare, e.g a kettle but no cups, and the TV didn't work. The curtains were thin so very bright in the morning. There was a new building going up next door, so quite noisy. This bit of Pongwe is extremely tidal. The staff were ok but we had a few misunderstandings. The restaurant food was nice, although there is a strange conversion rate in Pongwe of US$ to shillings, with majority of menus in dollars.
