Pros:

Sitio precioso, comida buenísima, personal de 10. Nos dieron una vuelta en barco y fue precioso. Actividad de snorkel muy recomendable. Repetiría sin duda

Absolutely not worth the money — a complete disaster from start to finish.

Cons:

The so-called “Luxury Bungalow” was a complete disappointment. The bungalow was old and visibly worn out, with dirty, deteriorating walls, loose electrical outlets, no hot water, a broken mosquito net, and a serious mosquito problem inside the room. The overall condition was far from anything that could reasonably be described as “luxury.”

However, the worst part of the experience was the staff. The service was unprofessional, unfriendly, and indifferent. It is rare to encounter hotel employees who behave as though they are working there against their will. We felt ignored and treated rudely throughout our stay. Even the receptionist was capable of not responding to a simple “good morning,” which clearly reflects the attitude toward guests.

Breakfast took one hour to be served. On the first day, the restaurant was closed until 6:00 PM without any prior notice. On two separate occasions, we tried to book a plankton tour and received no information or assistance. In fact, there was a complete lack of communication about anything.

The only positive moment of this stay was when the return boat finally arrived to pick us up.

Overall, a very disappointing experience and a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Tuve una estadía excelente en el Hotel Orica del Mar. Todo estuvo de 10: la comida muy rica, las instalaciones cómodas y una vista hermosa que realmente hace la diferencia.

Quiero destacar especialmente la amabilidad de todo el personal, siempre atentos y predispuestos a ayudar para que la experiencia sea aún mejor.

Había algunos bichitos, pero es totalmente lógico al estar en plena naturaleza y no afectó en absoluto la estadía. Al contrario, suma a la experiencia del lugar.

¡Lo recomiendo totalmente para descansar y desconectar!

Helemaal tot rust gekomen.
Pros:

Heerlijke plek om een dag te verblijven. Vooraf werden we al prima geholpen door Andrea via de chat. Zij bood ons de mogelijkheid van vervoer van ons hotel in Cartagena tot aan Orika aan. Erg relaxed. De faciliteiten zijn beperkt, de accommodatie erg basic. Maar prima voor de prijs. Verlang je naar luxe dan zou ik deze accommodatie niet aanraden. Wifi was goed.

Cons:

De harde bedden. En ook wel de taalbarrière. Communiceren ging via Google translate. Personeel was wel erg vriendelijk!

La comida, linda su vista y aspecto desde el mar. La buena Atencion de Antonia y Álvaro.

Cons:

Poca proactividad para responder el dudas, por ende la información no era clara o determinante. Comprendiendo ir somos extranjeros y no conocemos.

Una estancia maravillosa, llena de paz y aventura
Pros:

La atencion es maravillosa
El lugar transmite una paz increible
Tienen multiples actividades acuaticas que puedes realizar, en nuestro caso amamos poder nadar y ver multiples especies de peces en la misma playa del hotel, solo deben arrojar un poco de pan al mar desde el muelle y verán la magia.
Cuentan con cafe gratis además de un paseo por las islas del rosario y visita a playa libre, lo cual es un muy lindo panorama

La ubicación es increíble y las zonas comunes son muy cómodas y se puede estar ahí mucho tiempo muy agusto. Además hay un tour en barco realizado por Carlos que va incluido en el precio y es increíble.

Cons:

Las mosqueteras no cubrían toda la cama habiendo muchos mosquitos.

Die Lage direkt am Meer war super. Liegestühle und Restaurant am Wasser, Schwimm- und Schnorchelmöglichkeit direkt vor Ort. Der Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam, da es kein Partyhotel ist, sondern ruhig - genau das hatte ich gesucht. Musik hört man nur manchmal gedämpft / aus der Distanz von anderen Hotels.
Die Betten sind bequem und haben Moskitonetze.
Das Personal war aufgestellt, freundlich und kümmerte sich gut um alles. Es werden auch Touren angeboten (Schnorcheln / Plankton / Mangroven). Das Dorf und ein grösserer Strand sind zu Fuss erreichbar.
Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Nur eine Nacht - war schon eine Nacht zuviel!

Eigentlich gibt es nichts Positives von unserem Aufenthalt zu berichten! Wir hatten drei Nächte gebucht und gezahlt - sind aber nach einer Horrornacht wieder abgereist.

Cons:

Die Bungalows sind völlig heruntergekommen, es riecht muffig und schimmelig. Ein Bett war feucht. Das Bad ist sehr dreckig. Mein Sohn hat die ganze Nacht gehustet. Wasser gibt es nur wenige Stunden (wurde uns allerdings nicht gesagt), daher geht das Duschen nicht wenn man will. Drumherum gibt es nichts. Das Meer ist dreckig (Müll). Es gibt keinen Strand und der Eingang zum Wasser ist sehr steinig tw Betonteile - einfach ungemütlich! Essen ist auch nicht toll, Fleisch totgebraten. Mitarbeiter wirken lustlos und man hat das Gefühl, dass über die Gäste „gesprochen“ wird. Um 20 Uhr machen die Mitarbeiter Feierabend, ohne eine Info an die Gäste.
Wir waren froh, als wir wieder weg waren!
Schlechteste Unterkunft in meiner 30jährigen Reiseerfahrung.

Vista sul mare

Cons:

Il rapporto qualità prezzo è pessimo.
Capisco che ci si trovi su un'isola e che i costi siano differenti, ma così è esagerato.
Il bungalow era davvero sporco e tenuto male.
Il personale è davvero scontroso, sembra infastidito da qualsiasi richiesta, anche dalle più banali.
In struttura non abbiamo mangiato quasi nulla ma quel poco non era all'altezza.
NB (questo non incide sul giudizio finale ma è solo una considerazione):
La struttura non è sulla spiaggia ma direttamente sul mare. L'isola ha solo una spiaggia libera, le altre sono piccole e comunque collegate ad altri hotel o strutture ricettive, e quindi o non utilizzabili o a pagamento.
La spiaggia libera dista circa 35 minuti a piedi.
L'altra spiaggia usufruibile è la spiaggia di gente del mar, ma purtroppo sono informazioni che il personale non ci ha saputo dare e che abbiamo dovuto cercare in autonomia.
