Pros:

It has the great value for money

Cons:

I asked the property to change the dates and I requested them in the booking.com the person who talked me in the call was so rude but however they changed the dates

Location good. Staff good.

Cons:

Very noisy at night in corridors..
No Smart TV.
No window in room.
My biggest concern was safety.
The room has no sprinklers or smoke detector. No fire exit instructions or advice for an emergency.
This should be basic safety protocol for City Hotels.
I actually went and searched for best option to exit hotel quickly in case of fire... Especially as my room had no window..
I would be surprised if this hotel is complying with legal safety regulations.
I would not stay there again on that basis..
We have all seen disasters on the news of guest dying in this type of property that does not have proper safety protocols.

a very pleasant stay with excellent service, a great location, and spacious family accommodation.
Pros:

The staff were excellent, friendly, and very helpful, especially the manager and receptionist. The family room was spacious, the breakfast was good, and the location was excellent with many restaurants nearby. We also appreciated their help in arranging a clean and comfortable family taxi for our departure, upon our request and at an additional cost.

Cons:

The breakfast could have had a little more variety.

Pros:

Staff and helping, room quality.

Cons:

Power cut issue, staying with family just think twice. The area is safe, but adopted with very modern culture. Smoking in the corridor gives an unpleasant experience.

Pros:

Good room size and location in the midst of Koramangala. The amenities are average, but you could deliver what you need with Swiggy/others which is what I did. There was no fridge in the room but the staff offered to store it in the hotel's fridge.

Cons:

Staff charged for losing the room key - Rs 500. 2 problems with that:
1. I was never intimated of that before.
2. They successfully got away with it because they did this while I had a train to catch back home. One of the wait staff blocked my cab because I didn't pay and the receptionist doesn't listen to reason. I had communicated this to them the night prior. I chose to pay to conclude the discussion because I would have missed my train!

This is a terrible experience on principle and I travel so much - I've never been charged for a card prior. I would have understood if there was sufficient intimation. I will not be returning to the property for that reason.
