Location great comfortable .
The staff were friendly, and the location was very convenient!
We’d booked two single beds, but were given a room with a double bed.
The location was good it was close to everything and we can walk to anywhere. except the street that it's on, we were girls and the street is filled with men that make you uncomfortable with their remarks.
its super old and the rooms are small. there are no blankets and towels we have to get them ourselves. the cleaning service isn't automatic we have to tell them about it. when we arrived they made us pay more than what was given on booking.com
Also we made a review on google but it seems like they deleted it (im middle eastern but wrote thid in English so everyone understands)
Wrong room type provided, smelly rooms, not as clean as it should have been for a clean room
The hotel was clean and very comfortable to stay in. Breakfast was adequate, coffee was hot. They let us choose the room when our booked hotel was not open. They helped us with other things too.
There was no room maid service. We had to ask for TP and to throw out trash. The water didn't drain well with the shower.

Mr Anas and his team were very helpful and accommodating! The location is excellent and easily accessible to all local amenities, walking distance to all the main sites downtown. It had everything that I needed, I ended up extending my stay! I was happy with my room - it was clean and very comfortable. If I needed anything I asked the staff who were always happy to help.

when we checked in, the towel on the bed was wet, the duvet was wet, and there was pubic hair on the bed. everything had to be changed upon our arrival
Very friendly and helpful staff. Our first day they had a problem with our room but quickly managed to give us a temporary room. We could also arrange very high quality tours for our stay in Cairo: to Giza, Cairo museums and Faiyum. I especially want to highlight our Egyptology guide for our first two days, Dina, who definitely knows her trade.
