Poor cleanliness, lack of basic amenities, and disappointing service mad

The location is excellent. It's in downtown and within walking distance of many attractions.

Cons:

When I arrived, they told me the room I had booked was flooded, so they gave me a larger room instead. Unfortunately, it was dirty and smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I asked to change it, but they said no other room was available until the next day. It was one of the worst nights I've ever had because of the smell.

The following day, around 12:15 PM, they moved me to another room facing the street. It didn't smell, but the bathroom floor flooded after every shower. The room had no hairdryer or iron. I requested both, and they brought old, broken ones that barely worked.

I stayed for three nights, and my room was never cleaned or serviced. The staff were polite, but they rarely provided what was requested. For example, I asked for towels and was given only one, with the excuse that they had no more available, which I found hard to believe.

I travel frequently and stay in hotels often, and this is the first time I've felt the need to leave a negative review. I genuinely don't want anyone else to have the same experience.
