Location is good but the rooms-toilettes are old and need a renovation

The room is old and not very clean…Need a renovation, specially the toilette… (and if you have a room in the backside without views it is pretty dark without daylight)…

Pros:

La posizione è davvero ottima per visitare a piedi Amman.

Cons:

La stanza non era ben pulita, vi era sempre odore di pesce, lo sciacquone del bagno non funzionava, le finestre erano sporche e la proposta di pietanze per la colazione era limitata. Abbiamo selezionato la stanza non fumatori e appena si metteva piede in corridoio si veniva assaliti dall'odore di fumo delle stanze vicine.

Perfect location for central Amman in budget friendly hotel
Pros:

Hotel is just around corner from Grand Husseini Mosque, souqs, bazaars , shops, citadel and amphitheatre so perfect location.
After a few hiccups on arrival late at night and given an awful room nothing like what id paid for or the pictures, i did change rooms next day and got better room, much quieter and more comfortable. Staff were very helpful if they didnt speak english would use google translate to help you.

For what i paid i dont think it was too bad to be fair and id rather spend more on visiting the sights and seeing more of beautiful Jordan than staying in luxury hotels miles out having to get taxis everywhere. Considering i travelled solo and blonde hair, never felt unsafe, i found locals went out there way to say hello and chat to me, not pushy at all, i do speak arabic as well. Road outside extremely busy but staff helped me crossed it, just ask.

Breakfast was cheeses and breads what you would have for arabic breakfast , tea coffee etc, also you could help yourself to tea coffee whenever you wanted which ifound very nice.

Cons:

Reception need to enforce no smoking in rooms as health and safety issue for fires, corridores stunk of smoke.
Noisy guests yelling down phones all hours night in there rooms…just go to reception get them to go bang on there door…unacceptable.
Pictures dont match rooms offered….fake pictures! Rooms need updating and broken toilets, lights black mould on walls needs fixing, this is not acceptable for paying tourists.

Bedding needs to be changed regardless if guests only stayed 1 night as my first night bedding covered in male hairs on sheets, definitely dirty unchanged bedding.

Rooms are not soundproofed as advertised and no kettles in rooms.

Dużym atutem hotelu jest jego lokalizacja, tuż przy głównych atrakcjach Ammanu.

Cons:

Niestety, otrzymaliśmy pokój, w którym łazienka miała sufit pokryty grzybem. Na prośbę mojego męża, recepcjonista zaproponował nam inny pokój. Kolejnym problemem był zapach papierosów. Wydaje się, że palenie w pokojach hotelowych nie było zabronione. Łazienka była, delikatnie mówiąc, dość słabo posprzątana. Śniadanie było skromne.

Jeżeli miałem jakies uwagi personel reagował natychmiast . Poza tym pomoc w organizowaniu , planowaniu i realizacji innych moich projektów w tej podróży.

Cons:

W zasadzie drobiazg, w każdym hotelu, lokalu na świecie, gdzie do tej pory byłem są dla gości przy posiłkach serwetki papierowe, tutaj ich brak. Na szczęście mam własne husteczki higieniczne i to ratuje sytuację.

アンマンの中心部にあるからお店が沢山あるし、ローマ劇場の近く。アンマン城壁も歩いていける。
スタッフがみんな優しかった！ありがとうございました。

トイレの水漏れと水が流れなくなること。4泊したけど、清掃はなかった。

Pros:

Excellent location, right in the heart of Wast Al-Balad (downtown), just a few meters from the Roman Theatre and Al-Husseini Mosque. Close to many points of interest.
There are all means of transportation nearby, as well as many interesting shops: traditional clothing, spices, traditional food, etc.
Excellent value for money.
Strong point: a very respectful place, with kind, helpful and respectful staff.
I highly recommend it.
