Warm friendly staff, well decorated rooms, good food in restaurant. Clean and very comfortable. Very good seaside location close to shopping and restaurants. We felt very safe Ang looked after. We will definitely stay again.
We liked everything.
Located at the mouth of the lagoon, so didn't have the massive sargassum seaweed issues of the beach front in Placencia. Great food and the restaurant was a relaxing place to work, overlooking the water
Noise from other quests on the same floor - not the hotel's fault
Property is perfect for what we needed. Great location, staff is super nice and met us at the airport. This isnt a super fancy hotel but clean and comfy.

The restaurant and location on the water is very nice. Looking out on the water with sandy area to sit and enjoy the view. The staff and owner were very helpful. The food was good and reasonably priced. It had the feeling of being set in the 60's-70's with I'm sure many repeat visitors. It isn't a resort, but a nice place to spend a few days in Placencia
The rooms are small and dark. But no need to stay in the room when you can hang out in the cafe and sandy area at any time day or night.
We spent a night before our catamaran trip and a week later a night after. Both times were good.
Owner and staff are very helpful, everything was very clean and although the location is not on a swimming beach it is a pleasant place to hang out and watch the water traffic.
Rooms were small and dark, but downstairs is open to sit and relax.
Shower would not drain. Was not clean. Room was very old and didn't feel clean.

Manque d'entretien de l'hôtel et aucune information a notre arrivée. On ne savait même pas qu'on pouvait faire nettoyer le linge à l'hôtel alors que nous avons du chercher une blanchisserie. Le petit déjeuner commence a 7h mais vous n'êtes pas servi avant 7h30/ 7h45.
Au lieu de ramasser les sargasses de la plage, ils remettent tout à la mer : moins de travail !

Great location, nothing fancy but everything works, comfortable bed and helpful staff. Quiet nights. Everything as promised and quick to respond to special requests.
Could use some more comfortable chairs in room.
