Sehr empfehlenswert 😍alles top, sehr komfortabel, super nettes Personal, Zimmer groß und modern eingerichtet, großes und bequemen Bett, Frühstück hervorragend und reichhaltig. Die Lage ist sehr gut, am Strand ( Liegen und Sonnenschirm inklusive, auch Strandtuch).Infinity Pool mit Sea View, klein aber fein.Mit einem Wort, es gibt nichts zu meckern 😉Ich würde gerne wieder kommen 😊

The property was really clean , it smelt gorgeous we had breakfast included the variety was good too, the staff were very helpful and friendly i would definitely recommend this hotel as the location was central too.
I likes everything about the property
Our balcony was lovely and private with an amazing view. The rooms were clean and tidy with the AC helping us stay extremely cool. The breakfast provided was vast with variety and very yummy. Quick access to the private beach which the staff were very helpful, all staff were extremely helpful. In a very good location for other restaurants, shops and activities!

Swimming pool and sauna area were fabulous - but later in the week as the hotel got busier - some guests were leaving their rubbish behind. Not your staffs issue but maybe needs someone to check in on the area on and off

חדר מרווח עם נוף לים, הכל נקי ומסודר, המלון חדש, בריכה נהדרת עם נוף לים, ארוחת בוקר מצויינת, יש חנייה למלון אנחנו לא שילמנו אבל צריך לשים לב כי הבנו שבהמשך כן צריך לשלם 8 יורו, מיקום נהדר על הטיילת, למטה יש מסעדה של המלון מצויינת
אם החנייה תעלה כסף אז לדעתי זה מוריד מהחוויה, לנו זה לא עלה והיה לנו חנייה כל הזמן

Our stay at the Sea Star Hotel was amazing. We booked a standard room, but when we arrived, we were upgraded to a deluxe room with the most amazing sea view. The staff at the hotel, especially at the reception, were very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, and the food was delicious. The beach service was also excellent,the beach was clean, and we received fresh towels every day. We strongly recommend booking this hotel!
My stay did not match the contract or the room features I paid for. I am therefore requesting a partial refund.
This complaint is based on two major breaches of contract:
1. Wrong room type (No sea view and no balcony)
According to my booking confirmation, I specifically paid extra for a room with a sea view and a balcony. Upon arrival, I was given a room with a view of a parking lot, no balcony, and with windows that could not even be opened. The reception staff dismissed my complaint, claiming my reservation did not include a sea view. This is incorrect. I paid for a premium room but received a basic standard room.
2. Severe lack of cleaning and hygiene
During my entire stay, the hotel staff only changed the towels. They never changed the bedsheets, never cleaned the floors, and never cleaned the bathroom. This is completely unacceptable and falls far below standard hospitality hygiene.
