Pros:

It was the cheapest place to stay in Poi Pet. Nice shower overall the place looked nice and the food downstairs is yum with heaps of options both western and Asian. It provided what we needed for the night. I would return to the restaurant

Cons:

A little pricey on the food. The room looked nice but when you get close it’s quite dirty and needs some love. There were some cockroaches under our bed and in the bathroom. The bed had broken springs. Wouldn’t stay again

In fact I already checked the availability and prices of the rooms in booking.com but tried walking in to check the room
Pros:

The lady housekeeper was helpful as she bothers and going all her way to go down to get insecticide for us even she is busy cleaning other rooms when her current insecticide bottle was insufficient.
Great service from her but hopefully she could smile more as she don't look happy probably feeling tired as it's late evening still cleaning other rooms.

Cons:

Lots of cockroaches in the room.
The bathroom looks very old and dirty. Too bad I forgot to take any pictures. Rooms and hotels should start doing fumigation as lots of baby cockroaches running around.
