Excelente servicio por parte de todo el personal, calidad sobresaliente en todos los alimentos, habitación muy cómoda y siempre impecable.

Un inconveniente con los black out, que debían solucionarlo cada 2 días.
Infelizmente a acomodação não atendeu minhas expectativas pelo valor cobrado. A única coisa que é positiva é a localização.
Mobiliário ultrapassado. Colchão deformado. Cortina rolo que atrapalha a visibilidade externa. Jantar com comida mediana. Muito caro pelo que oferece.

No es coherente la relación precio - alojamiento. Las cortinas de la habitación estaban rotas, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, el piso de la ducha estaba sucio, las ventanas sucias. Siento que es muy caro comparado con la calidad del alojamiento. No hay piscina en el hotel, toca ir a otro hotel para hacer uso de una.
This hotel which is half board, can be partially shared with the Sol Caribe, its sister hotel 10 minutes away. The latter has a swimming pool but obviously as it is all inclusive, and the Sea Flower is not, you will pay for drinks and food but the facilities are free. The staff are very welcoming, kind, friendly and helpful. The room was kept clean and I can only say that I have spent 17 days in both these hotels since March to July this year, and everything was exceptional. There is a great choice of food for each meal and it is self service. I really cannot find fault with it and over my 7 montb holiday in Colombia, these two hotels were outstanding in my opinion
Nothing really. There was plenty of hot water in the shower, the cleanliness was great, towels were changed daily.

Tomamos apenas o café da manhã , pois preferimos fazer as outras refeições fora, pois a comida era desagradável.
Excelente ubicación y atención, muy cerca de todo, principalmente del muelle donde salen las excursiones, a 6 cuadras de la playa, bares, resto, y demás.
