Important information:

Credit cards issued to people other guest (i.e., parent, spouse, etc.) are not accepted in Mexico. Student / Youth policy (YEAR ROUND) Student / Youth Travelers are defined as any guest 24 years of age and younger traveling without legal parent / guardian and is applicable at ALL Oasis properties on a year round basis. As a general rule, the Grand Oasis Cancún will be the only property that will accept Student / Youth GROUPS (not applicable to family travel). Any guests meeting the above definition of Student / Youth Traveler are subject to the following conditions: § Upon check-in, passengers will be required to pay a one-time Student / Youth resort fee (charges may vary). Policy is mandatory, per person and not refundable.

Operator is obligated to inform all Students/Youths of this charge. Minimum age requirement for hotel check-in is 18 years of age. All rooms require one person that is at least 18 when occupied by a 17 year old passenger. All students under the legal age of 18 require a notarized consent from parent/legal guardian providing authorization and taking responsibility for the guest. No passenger under the age of 17 years of age is allowed to occupy any room without a parent or legal guardian accompanying them.

Any student group traveling with guests under the age of 18 will require chaperon(s). One chaperon is required per 1-19 students/youths under the age of 18. The minimum age requirement for a chaperon is 25. All students will be assigned a special bracelet for ID purposes; this policy is applicable year round. Please note the legal drinking age in Mexico is 18. A mandatory environmental fee and a resort fee per room per stay will be charge upon check in.

Use of pool with extra charge, request the amount at the reception area.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Heruntergekommenes Hotel ohne jeden Charme
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig, aber die Qualität ist minderwertig. Trockene Brötchen, kalte (warme) Speisen, schlechte Säfte - aber toller Kaffee!
Der Poolbereich ist nett, allerdings nervt die Musikbeschallung.

Cons:

Es ist ein heruntergekommenes, liebloses Hotel ohne jeden Charme. Die Fotos auf booking.com entsprechen in keiner Weise der Realität! Es ist hellhörig und laut, abgenutzt, hat seit 1 Jahr keine Minibar mehr auf den Zimmern (Falschangabe bei booking.com) und auch keinen Wasserkocher; lediglich eine kleine Kaffeemaschine. Es ist dreckig. Das Bad ist einfach widerlich, allein dieser uralte Duschvorhang, die alten Fugen usw.
Der Frühstücksraum sieht nett aus, ist aber sehr hallig und hat den Charakter einer Bahnhofshalle.

Good value and location
Pros:

Good location for tour pick ups. Easy to catch uber or local buses to hotel zone beaches. Clean rooms and buffet breakfast was good. Lovely pool area.

Could be noisy at night.

Entrando na área comum você tem uma percepção totalmente diferente da realidade. A área comum é excelente, mas o quarto
Pros:

As áreas comuns são boas, principalmente a área da piscina e a comida servida lá também. O café da manhã é excelente

Cons:

O quarto é sujo, banheiro péssimo. O chuveiro espirra água pra todo lugar, o que dificulta tomar banho sem encharcar tudo

Pros:

Suis arrivé fin de journée et parti tôt le matin donc peu de temps à l'hôtel. La même Dame m'a acceuilli au check in et check out. Malheureusement je ne connais pas son nom mais gentille et efficace avec sens de l'accueil et du service clientèle.

Cons:

Petit-déjeuner très complet mais très cher...trop cher. Excellent accueil et service correspondant.

Soggiorno okay, buon rapporto qualità/prezzo
Pros:

La camera era pulita, solo che risulta un pó datata. Soprattutto il bagno e la doccia con la tendina sono molto vecchi e l’acqua esce male.
Colazione buona, c’era di tutto dal salato al dolce.
Zona piscina molto grande

Cons:

La doccia con la tendina non la trovo molto igienica, soprattutto perché online non ci sono foto dei bagni. Le porte non sono insonorizzate, si vede che hanno imbiancato di recente e ci sono ovunque macchie di colore.

Old rooms, no good manteinnent, over that Nice hotel, very good breakfast
Pros:

Nice lobby, pool and exceptional breakfast!! The bar tender and the staff very friendly !

Cons:

Rooms very old, no outlets to charge phones nearby beds. No hot water, lamp didn’t work.

Não voltaria.
Pros:

O quarto não tem nada a ver com as fotos. A cama é ok, a higiene também e o café é muito bom.

Cons:

Mas o quarto é feio e o banheiro é péssimo. O chuveiro é aberto e molha TUDO. Quando chegamos o elevador estava quebrado também...

Uma boa acomadação, porém tendo que fazer um pagamento adicional para uma acomodação melhor.
Pros:

Ótima localização no centro para saída a passeios no entorno de Cancún. Café da manhã muito variado e bem preparado. Funcionários muito cordiais e empenhados em resolver eventuais problemas.

Cons:

A acomodação que reservei pelo Booking não era exatamente a acomodação apresentada nas fotos. Era uma acomodação pequena e bem desconfortável, com destaque para o banheiro que estava muito mal cuidado. Eu até consegui ficar na acomodação apresentada nas fotos, que é bem melhor do que a que eu reservei, porém tive que fazer um pagamento adicional. Sugeriria ao hotel, fazer uma atualização nas fotos apresentando as reais acomodações.
