Important information:

Credit cards issued to people other guest (i.e., parent, spouse, etc.) are not accepted in Mexico. Student / Youth policy (YEAR ROUND) Student / Youth Travelers are defined as any guest 24 years of age and younger traveling without legal parent / guardian and is applicable at ALL Oasis properties on a year round basis. As a general rule, the Grand Oasis Cancún will be the only property that will accept Student / Youth GROUPS (not applicable to family travel). Any guests meeting the above definition of Student / Youth Traveler are subject to the following conditions: § Upon check-in, passengers will be required to pay a one-time Student / Youth resort fee (charges may vary). Policy is mandatory, per person and not refundable.

Operator is obligated to inform all Students/Youths of this charge. Minimum age requirement for hotel check-in is 18 years of age. All rooms require one person that is at least 18 when occupied by a 17 year old passenger. All students under the legal age of 18 require a notarized consent from parent/legal guardian providing authorization and taking responsibility for the guest. No passenger under the age of 17 years of age is allowed to occupy any room without a parent or legal guardian accompanying them.

Any student group traveling with guests under the age of 18 will require chaperon(s). One chaperon is required per 1-19 students/youths under the age of 18. The minimum age requirement for a chaperon is 25. All students will be assigned a special bracelet for ID purposes; this policy is applicable year round. Please note the legal drinking age in Mexico is 18. A mandatory environmental fee and a resort fee per room per stay will be charge upon check in.

Déçu de l’hôtel. Personnel sympa.

La réception et la piscine de l’hôtel sont très sympas et bien entretenu

Cons:

Les photos de présentation sont très différentes de la chambre que nous avons eu. La chambre était vieille, une odeur d’humidité et de poussière était présente malgré la fenêtre laissée ouverte… Sur le rideau de douche, quelques tâches de moisissures. Dans la chambre, pas de coffre fort, pas de frigo.
À l’arrivée à l’hôtel nous avons dû payer une taxe de 160$ pour une seule nuit.
Sur les photos, l’hôtel est en bord de plage alors que nous sommes à au moins 25min à pied de la mer.

Séjour correct pour une courte escale, mais des efforts sont nécessaires
Pros:

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel en mars 2026. À mon avis, il s'agit plutôt d'un hôtel de passage, adapté pour une ou deux nuits, mais pas pour un long séjour.

Malgré une apparence moderne et des chambres spacieuses, l'établissement donne une impression de vieillot, avec un mobilier mal entretenu et très usé. La propreté laisse à désirer : nous avons trouvé de la poussière et des cheveux un peu partout au sol. Un bon rafraîchissement serait le bienvenu.

Les parties communes, comme la piscine et les salons au rez-de-chaussée, sont en revanche vastes et confortables. Le parking privé de l'hôtel est également très pratique.

Côté personnel, les employés sont sympathiques et agréables, mais manquent cruellement de réactivité. Nous avons eu un problème d'eau chaude dans la douche et avons dû appeler plusieurs fois la réception avant qu'une solution ne soit trouvée. Malgré la gentillesse des employés, il y avait un manque de communication évident entre eux. Finalement, on nous a proposé une chambre supérieure pour résoudre le problème, mais il a fallu presque deux heures pour en arriver là.

Todo lo demás: habitación al lado de las salidas del aire acondicionado con un ruido continuo las 24 horas, la ducha de esta habitación reducida a mitad porque estaba ocupada por un pilar de la construcción, los grifos antiguos, las puertas raídas....
