Leider mit bitterem Nachgeschmack und derzeit absolut nicht zu Empfehlen :-(

Wenn man sich die Glistening Waters (Leuchtende Lagune) ansehen möchte ist dieses Hotel direkt am Wasser! Personal war freundlich und Ausflug mit dem Boot für 25 Dollar p.p war Okay.

Cons:

Naja, hierzu muss man dazusagen dass niemand was für den Zerstörerischen Hurrikan Melissa kann, ABER man sollte doch darauf HINWEISEN das das Hotel einen ERHEBLICHEN Schaden davongetragen hatte. KLIMA (Lagerschaden und Sehr laut),POOL, STEG, BAR,TERASSE, LOBBY alles Kaputt oder defekt. Wobei der Steg wohl schon länger weggefault bzw. weggerostet ist! Hier sollte BOOKING.com in ganz Jamaika mal die Hotels überprüfen da es absolut mit den gezeigten Fotos nicht mehr übereinstimmt. Und hier noch 105€ pro Nacht zu verlangen finde ich eine Frechheit!!

De Fisherman’s Inn is behoorlijk getroffen door Melissa maar ondanks alles was er stroom, de kamer was schoon en de mensen waren super vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Pros:

Locatie in een rustige omgeving en pal aan de lagune. Busstation op vier minuten lopen met ernaast een tankstation, supermarkt en ATM.

Great location near the luminous lagoon, nice room with two double beds. They have a basic breakfast available of toast and cereal which was a pleasant surprise.. also the pool was a good size for playing in with the kids. Also great WiFi throughout the premises.

Cons:

The place felt a little dated, but it didn't bother me. Could really have done with more electrical sockets in the room.

The Gent Very helpful, the lady Very caring, she helped to support my daughter and husbands sicknesses up too leaving!
Breakfast was an unexpected surprise also would definitely stay again!!

Pros:

Don’t judge a book by its cover…this place is very nice and comfortable. Pierre and Emmanuel are superb hosts; they make sure you are safe. It is clean. They have a pool that is cleaned daily. They have boat tours. The bed was comfortable. (We stayed in a queen room.)

There weren’t many places to eat from. The area is nice and quiet, but food choices are slim.
