One of the best all round hotel experiences, anywhere in the world.
Pros:

Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff throughout the hotel from front desk to room service, porters and cleaning staff. Everyone we spoke to was enthusiastic, polite and engaging. Large, clean rooms that are well maintained. Excellent breakfast.

A perfect location right in the heart of the Museum Quarter. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfasts were absolutely fantastic — everything was delicious, both from the buffet and the à la carte menu.

Cons:

Some details in the room could have been better thought out . For example, the power outlets were not very conveniently located, and there was nowhere to hang a towel after a shower. However, these were minor issues and did not significantly affect our overall impression of the hotel.

One of all time favorites. First, immaculately clean. Friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast. Super comfortable bed with crisp pressed
linens, pillow menu. Enormous bathroom. Great location. Tram within a block. There during heatwave — excellent air conditioning. Front street room had nice views. Quiet.
