Don't be taken in by the photo's on the website, they are utterly unrepresentative. The apartment was great for me but if you're looking for what you were led to expect, you are going to be disappointed. No cooling (cheap fans that did little in the heat) and I couldn't see any heating either (it did get cold a couple of times). The only products supplied, the liquid soap and liquid detergent, gave me a rash and I don't usually suffer from skin issues. The hairdryer lasts for about 20 seconds before it overheats and switches off. Some kitchen cupboards were broken. All appliances were probably from Temu, cheap and nasty. The apartment had a strong smell. On the up side, it had a washing machine, a huge bonus for me, and everything was very comfortable, despite not being attractive. I would have rated this property much higher if they had honestly represented it online as it really did work for me, however, they get you in by false advertising, probably AI generated. All in all, I loved my stay here and it felt like home for the week. It was fun and everything I needed, the staff were responsive and helpful. There's actually nothing not to like here, except that I paid for something I didn't get. I would still have booked this place if they'd been honest and that's the issue for me - just be upfront and I'm fine with that, but don't try to deceive me, I don't appreciate it.
Close to everything. Amazing location for site seeing. Windows sound proof and bed comfortable.

La habitación que nos tocó daba a un patio comunitario por lo que perdimos privacidad y era ruidoso. La ducha era muy mala, te tenías que bañar con el duchador en la mano.
The location is amazing, right in the city center. A lot of restaurants and historical buildings around. The size of apartment is huge and you can use fully furnished kitchen. Staff is very kind and responsive.
Apartment doesn't have air conditioning and if you open the windows it's very noisy 24/7 because of location. It's better to have earplugs if want to sleep well

La comunicación con la propietaria excelente, mi vuelo llegaba bastante antes del chek-in y nos dejó guardar las maletas mientras limpiaban la casa.

The room offers excellent value for money and is in a great location, making it a convenient choice for exploring the center of Prague. The host provided helpful and polite instructions before arrival, which made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free.
There are a few things to keep in mind. The room is quite compact, with limited space for movement. The bed and overall room setup may not be comfortable for larger guests, so it may not be the best option for big people. The cooker was also somewhat difficult to use. Although instructions were provided, it was not very intuitive, and getting it to work properly was more complicated than expected.

The location was convenient only a couple of minutes walk from Charles Bridge and the Astronomical Clock. The check-in process was straightforward. The apartment was generally clean and suitable for a short stay.
However, there were several issues that affected the overall experience. Only a very small amount of toilet paper was provided, which was insufficient for the duration of the stay. Some of the kitchen utensils were of poor quality and limited, making meal preparation inconvenient. Another issue was the internet connection, which was unstable and disconnected frequently. This was particularly frustrating when trying to work or plan activities online.
There was also an issue with the shower drain being clogged, which caused dirty water to back up. Fortunately, after reporting the problem, it was resolved very quickly, and I appreciated the prompt response and assistance from the staff.
Also bear in mind, to reach the apartment or the elevator you need to climb 24 stairs.
With some improvements to the amenities and a more reliable Wi-Fi connection, the property could offer a much better guest experience.
Konumu mükemmeldi. Ulaşmak istediğini her yere yürüme 10-15 dk da ulaşıyorsunuz. Prag a tekrar gidersek tekrar kalmak isteyeceğim bir yer. Herkese öneririm.
Tesis old townun merkezinde. Tarihi turistik noktalara restoranlara yürüme mesafesinde. Her yere yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz. Prag merkez tren istasyonundan 20 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Oda içerisinde her ne kadar biz kullanmasak da çamaşır makinesi , mutfak gereçleri , mikrodanga , saç kurutma , ütü gibi önemli gereçler mevcuttu. Saat 15.00 de otele yerleşebiliyorsunuz ama biz bavullarımızı 12.00 gibi odamıza bırakmamıza izin verdiler.
Tesis 3 gecelik konaklamamız esnasında hiç temizlenmedi , havlular hiç olmazsa değiştirilsin isterdim. Mutfakta karıncalar halay çekiyordu. Yatak çok rahatsızdı. Tesisin merkeze yakın olmasından dolayı dışarıdan çok ses alıyordu.
