Pros:

À notre arrivée à l’hôtel, le service est complètement nul , une fois monté dans la chambre une heure après on a remarqué que lavabo bouché , service de chambre très nul pour moi c’est Hotel n’est pas quatre étoiles et quand je leur demande votre hôtel a combien d’étoiles il mon répondu qu’il y a pas d’étoile dont sur votre site vous avez marqué 4 étoile c’est complètement faux, je suis très déçu car votre sites à nommer 4 étoiles au lieu 0 étoile résultat on payer pour un 4 étoiles et non pas un 0 étoile. Conclusion après trois jours on a changé de l’hôtel. Très déçu
