Me gustó mucho la ubicación cerca de todo Provenza genial es un Hotel muy elegante y la comida en el restaurante es muy rica

Cons:

La señoras del aseo bajan demasiado la temperatura de las habitaciones, y cuando uno regresa a la habitación, la habitación se encuentra helada. También hacen falta vasos para poner el cepillo de dientes.

Top Aufenthalt. Gerne immer wieder.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Alles wurde ermöglicht. Frühere Anreise und spätere Abreise ohne Gebühr. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

Would have given a 9 if not for the noise.
Pros:

Great staff, stylish decor, best shower ever, Nespresso machine in room.
Location perfect for restaurants and tours.

Cons:

Noise - even with earplugs and white noise, the sounds of thumping base could be heard until 3 am on the weekend nights.
Didn’t like the pillows and no alternatives available.
Poor luggage space in room.

Great place in the heart of Medellin
Pros:

The location is great, is just blocks away from Provenza. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant has great Colombian food and let’s talk about the roof top: it’s just beautiful esthetic and great service with live DJ. Great for a get away from every day stress.
