Cons:

The breakfast setup did not match your Hotel's reputation at all. For the same Tariff we stayed the days before at Hyatt in Chennai. The Breakfast offered there is entirely a different class. If your breakfast to be compared you would fall in a standard 3Star Hotel cathegory unfortunately.

Good but could be much better with very little change to the reception staff
Pros:

I had already booked in with a group in a treble room it was not ready and looking at the room a 3rd bed was very very tight in the room as the furniture did not move. I went down as asked reception if I could move to a single room and I was told I had to book with an online app and the gave me no allowance for already paying to stay. I thought this was a bit mean I was willing to pay a difference but the charged me a complete new booking

Cons:

The way I was dealt with and then made wait while he checked in somebody else before I was given a room number

A very pleasant and comfortable stay with a great breakfast.
Pros:

Very nice property with a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was really good, and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

Nothing major. Overall, I had a comfortable stay.

Conveniently located and staying a pleasing experience.
Pros:

Cons:

1. Room service takes time and needs to be quicker .
2. The towel rod in the shower area need to better located as the towel gets wet during the shower . May be the wall opposite the shower and length of the towel rod be a bigger to hang the towel unfolded .

Pros:

Our stay at Welcome hotel ITC Coimbatore truly wonderful. I was very happy with the overall comfort and ambience of the hotel. The room was spacious, well designed and beautifully lit with picture windows, with a very comfortable bed that made our stay extremely relaxing. The food was also excellent, with a good variety and great taste. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would be happy to visit again.

Cons:

May be the walkways from room to the elevator can have some pictures of the most important destination around .This is my personal opinion 🙂

Location is Okay.

Cons:

Getting the invoice from the hotel took four days and required several follow-up calls and considerable effort. The breakfast spread was quite limited, with fewer options and choices than expected.

Over all disappointed.
Pros:

Rooms are good. Breakfast was good . Staff are good hospitable but lacks training to handle customer care. They are concerned but not trained to respond appropriately and resolve.

Cons:

The facilities are not suitable for a 5 star as claimed by the property. Not even a proper waiting area.
First day we had dinner buffet which was horrible.it was complete waste money having served food appeared and tater to be old . The non vegetarian session was placed in the corridor where we people have to pass by. You call this 5 star rated
