Worst experience in booking a hotel with booking.com, hotel and their reception staff.
Cons:

I had booking. Booked. When I reached they told the hotel is over booked, so no room available. I reached at late night 1 am. At that time I was tired, waited at hotel lobby for explanation and cancelation for 1 hour. Then I asked them to suggest good hotel, they told most of the hotels might be booked. Very unfriendly staff, standing and doing their job as I am not their concern. I lost trust in booking.com also. Anyways that was the worst experience I had from a hotel and booking process. At that time i was thinking how can I trust booking.com and travel abroad and when I reach at the hotel in an unknown place or strange new place in late night and they tell me that they are over booked. I book through booking.com because I trust this site. Even though I raised a concern to booking.com nobody contacted me in this matter. On that day I went to taj vivantha hotel near by searching in Google maps and by God's grace I got a room there at 2 am.
