My experience at GO Luxury Grand Hotel was disappointing overall. The property did not reflect the standards expected from a hotel of its category, particularly in terms of cleanliness and maintenance, which appeared inconsistent. The service quality was also below expectations, with staff often slow to respond and lacking coordination. Room comfort was affected by noise from corridors and neighboring rooms, making it difficult to rest properly. In addition, the facilities felt outdated and not well maintained, and the breakfast options were quite limited with poor organization during service. Overall, the stay did not provide good value for money and did not meet the level of comfort and hospitality advertised.

Due to no lift in hotel, my wife fell from stairs while on heel shoes, however she managed to stop herself from getting

Cons:

Actually hot tea discharged from their flask sides dropped at thigh of my wife when she pressed the open button. She is still recovering from burns.
They changed our room from ground floor to 3rd floor despite request to not change

Pros:

Very comfortable hotel. The staff is very helpful and cooperative. The location is also good. The restaurant of this hotel is also very good. Our stay was very comfortable and Luxurious. Highly recommended
