Thermal baths are the only benefit, I would suggest the hotel next door instead, more professional
Pros:

Amazing heated pool and private thermal bath.

Friendly bar and restaurant staff. Delicious food from the restaurant although its only a couple items available, he's a good cook.

Good wifi.

Decent gym.

Comfy beds and spacious room.

The lady who worked in the morning was very attentive and friendly. Great staff member who went out of her way to help.

Cons:

The rooms have absolutely no soundproofing. I heard people snoring from two different directions in the walls. People complained about TV noise when it was at 20 volume and I could barely hear it in bed. People had parties and you'd hear it all night, I kept hearing parties until 3 am. One night after a party I put my TV on until 1 am and people complained all night and they forced me to turn it off, but the people screaming and playing loud music the previous nights were allowed to, I think they were the family of staff as its family owned and they have many family members staying there.

There are no mosquito nets and tons of mosquitos enter the room. No exaggeration maybe 10 mosquitos a night if left open for an hour or two. And it can get hot in the room so if you dont open them you'll sweat. They offer no fans for when it gets hot. It wasn't always as sometimes it was cold but when the sun came in strong it was unbearable so you had to choose between heat or mosquitos.

The lady who worked nights was very dismissive and rude.

Ordering drinks or food to the room at times took over 90 minutes.

The pool is only open until 10 PM.

The door key stopped working 3 times in one week. There are no elevators so I consistently had to walk up 3 floors of stairs to a broken key and walk back down.

The prviate thermal bath sometimes was strong and sometimes was cold, and maintenance was dismissive to the issue. I learned it just depends on if other people are using too much water in their rooms.

Close to the Inca baths, clean, friendly and spacious. A nice restful stay!
Pros:

The location was great, near a great restaurant and just a 10-minute walk from downtown and the Inca baths. It is also a 15-minute taxi ride from Cajamarca and the airport.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The thermal pool was clean and a nice second choice if you didn't want to go to the Inca baths.
The breakfast was good and they even accommodated us for an early departure.

Cons:

The restaurant only serves drinks, tequeños and hamburgers. The tequeños were good but the hamburgers were the frozen kind and not very tasty. If the hotel wants to provide a restaurant they should think about a proper menu.

El descanso debería ser una prioridad
Pros:

La habitación era muy bonita, limpia y cómoda. El ambiente del hotel es agradable, parecía el lugar ideal para descansar. Elegimos hospedarnos allí para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi hijo y disfrutar de un momento de tranquilidad.

Cons:

Lamentablemente, alrededor de las 2:00 a. m. una de las habitaciones tenía la música a un volumen excesivamente alto, como si fuera una fiesta. Tuve que comunicarme con el personal para reportarlo y, por lo que pude notar, no fui la única huésped afectada. Considero que el hotel debería controlar mejor este tipo de situaciones para garantizar el descanso de todos. Era una fecha muy especial para nosotros y esta situación terminó afectando nuestra experiencia.
