The views are amazing!
Highly recommend the thermal suite
Room was wonderful and very comfortable.
Lobby staff were very friendly

Cons:

I felt the bar and restaurant staff weren't as friendly.
We didn't get checked on much our last night at the restaurant- we ran out of water halfway through and we were never offered anything else. (Very disappointed)
Many of the bar staff seemed so busy that our ticket and service was just another number.

Breathe taking view, I even tried to extended for extra night, can’t book. Breakfast was exceptional and very delicious. I fall in love with black pudding.

Lovely hotel, excellent staff. Sorry to be going home!,
Pros:

My wife collapsed in Killarney and was taken to hospital and kept in, consequently we had to extend our stay for two more nights. The hotel management were very accommodating and arranged this without fuss.
