Pros:

Location was everything for this trip, just outside of Broadway to avoid the chaos, but walking distance to all areas. It was one of the cheaper hotels during CMA week, but it was still a little pricey. Facilities are good in hotel and staff helpful

Cons:

Valet parking was a close call from the feeling of being robbed. It was very, very expensive and only for the convenience we used it. Would not again.

Spacious Hotel. Good value and great location
Pros:

Location a 5 minute walk to broadway and all of main downtown attracion. Rooms very big and spacious even the standard double we got.

Cons:

The cleaners offered to clean our room later than we'd be used to. It wasnt an issue or anything just an observation. It was after 4pm by the time they'd knock which we found strange timewise normally cleaners would be in during the morning whe. You've left for the day to explore.

We just feel for over $500 a night we got ripped off. We could have stayed in a more cleaner and comfortable room for le

We loved the staff and location

Cons:

We got in late the first night and got 1 of 2 of the last rooms and we were not happy with it. Our 3 face towels were wet and the room with dirty chairs, curtains, was run down and we did not feel comfortable. The staff were great and did offer us the one other room that they had but it wasn’t much better.
