We just feel for over $500 a night we got ripped off. We could have stayed in a more cleaner and comfortable room for le

We loved the staff and location

Cons:

We got in late the first night and got 1 of 2 of the last rooms and we were not happy with it. Our 3 face towels were wet and the room with dirty chairs, curtains, was run down and we did not feel comfortable. The staff were great and did offer us the one other room that they had but it wasn’t much better.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Hotel beautiful. Staff so friendly and welcoming. Bedroom was lovely. We upgraded as a family for more space. Although my husband opened our fridge and there was mouldy food and the smell was horrendous and smelt our room out. It was resolved the next morning but we decided not to use it. This is the only thing that stopped me rating a 10

Quiet clean boutique hotel. Location is blocks off Broadway. Staff is truely amazing and that made our stay!

Nice hotel. Quiet and location was only blocks off Broadway. Staff were amazing!

Cons:

No ice machines on any floor. You have to ask for ice we would call for ice 3-4 times before we got a small bucket of ice.
Very limited menu and expensive I Resturant on site. Only valet parking at $65 a night plus tip adds up. If your walking to Broadway your hitting some pretty steep sidewalks.
