The overall design and ambiance
Nothing!
Nice hotel. Quiet and location was only blocks off Broadway. Staff were amazing!
No ice machines on any floor. You have to ask for ice we would call for ice 3-4 times before we got a small bucket of ice.
Very limited menu and expensive I Resturant on site. Only valet parking at $65 a night plus tip adds up. If your walking to Broadway your hitting some pretty steep sidewalks.

The visit was excellent after working so hard, the quiet comfort was perfect for me. The valet service was a highlight. The team was attentive and excellent in making several requests happen easily.
A friend surprised me with an upgrade to a corner suite. He was excited to surprise me, but the team gave away the surprise, it didn't bother me at all but a note for training purposes. The charcuterie board was average at best, while the personal hand written card was a nice touch.

Loved the style and location, the staff were super helpful.
I love the Hospitality from the front desk and the complimentary champagne upon check-in. I also like that you needed a room key to get on any floor. I love the high floors and city view and the short walk to all the action on Broadway.
I didn't like customer service from staffing in the restaurant downstairs area staff didn't not come across friendly at all and we we waited a while just to get water, no one mentioned the other restaurant Ellingtons..there are no refrigerators or microwaves in the room and you have to call the front desk to get water. Security was always on his phone and was unprofessional. I also was charged more than expected upon checkout which was upward of $80.
Great location! Rooms were nice & clean! Staff was friendly & helpful! Modern Love had great food! Valet parking was efficient & helpful! Very accommodating place to stay!
