Pros:

Hotel and the facilities were very good.

Cons:

Floor of the room and linens could be cleaned better. Additionally toilet has lot of marks from previous occupants.

Cons:

room was okay but it was very dirty, ladies hair all over the bed and bathroom looks like they didn't clean the room just touch up. Also, cigarette ash on the bedroom. telephone was not working properly water kettle was broken.ii booked the hotel for 2 nights including breakfast package but they said my package doesn't include the breakfast. was very dissapointing. doest worth as the price i paid.

Awesome and happy stay
Pros:

Breakfast was superb. It includes Idli, poha, puri, chola batura, bread toast, sandwich, cornflakes, juice, payasam, fruits, tea. Breakfast like a king. Too good and tasty

Pros:

The room was very clean, comfy and spacious. Although I couldn't see the view of Kanchanjungha due to clouds during june. I'm pretty sure it would be clearly visible during the winter.

Cons:

It was quite far from the Mall road. Around 20 mins of walk. Some may not prefer to walk that much.

This caused me to lose money, waste time, and ultimately ruined my kids' holiday. The hotel also looks nothing like the pictures online – it’s much smaller and less appealing. Additionally, the receptionist was extremely unprofessional. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a terrible experience overall.

Payments should be managed better and care should be taken not to annoy customers for your own mismanagement.

It was good overall

Cons:

Faced a very hard time at check out. Even though the entire bill was paid in advance they kept asking for payment. Since the booking was a gift to the couple staying they were delayed by half an hour in figuring this out with the staff. In the end we had to show proof of payment and transaction from our bank account after which they could confirm. This kind of spoiled the entire experience of the stay.
