The WiFi is absolutely terrible. Do not expect to be able to watch YouTube or scroll through reels at night…

The soundproofing is non-existent. You will hear people in the hallways and traffic driving past

Privacy and great hospitality
Pros:

Staff is super welcoming and that has been my second time in this hotel. Hotel offers privacy and silenece even tho it is located in old town. Pool was extremly good and they have a lot of option in their pool menu. Breakfast was super good and a lot of privacy as I was the only guest every morning. The reception staff was super helpful with laundry and taxi offerings. My room was effieciently maintained by housekeeping everyday! I will stay here always when coming to Chiang Mai!

Zentral und ruhig gelegen, schönes Zimmer mit kleiner Terrasse und Blick auf den Pool. Sehr freundliches Personal, Massage im eigenen Zimmer möglich, Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse sehr gut
