Overall good, except for the above niggles which are one too many !
Pros:

The room was neat, clean, tidy and confortable.

Cons:

No hangers - when hangers were asked for they came promptly, but it is of no use since there is no hanger bar / connecting rod. The tea kettle was dysfunctional. There was no water supply in the rest room on 3.4.26 early morning (5.00 am). Difficulty in operating TV channels. Reception desk was generally indifferent, except for Harshit who was helpful and pleasant. Security personnel were good.

Great hotel, highly recommended!
Pros:

Awesome little hotel with great facilities, and very kind and helpful staff.
The area is central yet quiet. Rooms were very clean and big; linens super comfy.

Pros:

The property was clean and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The Manager and the team at the reception moved us a better room the next day as the first room was very small and next to the reception. Our suitcases were moved by the staff to the new room when we returned in the evening.

Cons:

I think the room next to the reception on the ground floor is very small and noisy. Guests must be informed that this is not an ideal room if other rooms are not available. This will allow the guest to make a choice whether to stay or not to stay in this room.
