I’m disappointed and would ask for a partial refund since I’m a loyal customer to Booking.com
Pros:

As compare to the last other hotels in the city, this hotel is over charging for what they provide.

Unplanned photo shoots in the corridors. Fire exits were blocked with the equipment which was the main hazard.

I booked this hotel for 3 nights and all those 3 nights and days were the same because they had all the corridors overcrowded with lighting staff and also their equipment were everywhere. When asked like why is this happening, the staff acted like this is happening maybe without their knowledge and they said it’s not happening again but it was continuous throughout my stay.

Cons:

The staff as they weren’t according to the standard of the price they charge. Fire exits were blocked. Room sizes are small.

Pros:

Everything from the interior design to the color of the walls was very tasteful and esthetic. The staff was extremely helpful and hospitable. Breakfast and food that we ordered was delicious and clean. Location was very ideal. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay

Cons:

Even though the price was worth it, it could still be a bit on the lower side.

Pros:

One of the best hotel stays we’ve had! The Fred Hotel has great facilities, a lovely atmosphere, and everything was comfortable and well maintained. What really made our stay special was the amazing service. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. You can really tell they care about their guests and make an effort to make you feel at home.

We had such a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend The Fred Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service and wonderful people!

Cons:

The only small downside was that it could get a little loud and crowded in the evenings because of the restaurants and activity around the hotel. However, this was a minor thing compared to how great the overall experience was.

Lovely Hotel
Pros:

Had the opportunity to stay at the FRED during my stay in Lahore. I can honestly say its the best hotel I have stayed at in Pakistan. The decor was beautiful, the rooms spacious with a seating area. All the staff at the hotel from reception to restaurants and in-between were exceptional. I will be returning to The FRED on my next visit without a doubt.

I had a wonderful experience staying at The Fred Hotel.

I’m from Korea and visit Lahore regularly, almost every month. The Fred has become one of my favorite places to stay in Lahore. The rooms are great, the restaurant is excellent, but the best thing about The Fred is definitely the people.

Everyone here is amazing. The security guards at the entrance are always so polite and welcoming, the front desk staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and everyone at the restaurant makes me feel at home.

A special thank you to Sara, Mustafa, and my many Muhammad friends! I’m sorry that I don’t know how to spell everyone’s names correctly, so I’m leaving some photos I took today instead.

Thank you all for always making my stay so pleasant and memorable. I look forward to seeing you again very soon!
