Overall the stay was pleasant, the place was clean and the service was prompt.
Pros:

The breakfast was average. There wasn’t a lot of choice.

Cons:

The food choices could be better. Also the prices were a little on the higher end. The same category of hotels are about 15% cheaper.

Waqas deserves a special mention for his excellent hospitality. He was attentive, caring, and consistently made sure that I was comfortable and didn’t need anything. His friendly and genuine attitude made me feel very welcome throughout my stay.

Cons:

The property itself was also very comfortable and pleasant. The atmosphere was peaceful, the place was well-maintained, and the overall environment made my stay relaxing. I also really enjoyed the food, which was fresh and delicious, and the service throughout the property was very good.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The place was comfortable, welcoming, and well-maintained, and I especially enjoyed the food, which was fresh and delicious. The overall atmosphere was very relaxing, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

I would especially like to appreciate Waqas, who made my experience even better. He was always polite, smiling, and attentive, and he made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. His warm attitude and genuine hospitality really stood out to me.

Room was bot aloted as per booking rest was on spot.
Pros:

Its clean, easy approach from city , and value for money

Cons:

Initially when i checked in they have me not the city view room which i specifically mentioned in the booking
And i had to make again request for changing room and they said in city view room only smoking room is available , and i had to accommodate in a smoking room :(

The front staff weren’t as welcoming and pleasant as you’d expect. Information such as nicop cards for each guest at check in should be communicated before.
