Pros:

Location in the old city was great for walking to all the main temples and the walking street market.
The aesthetic of the hotelnisnin traditional Thai style with dark wood etc
We had a junior suite which included a spa bath which was a nice addition.
The bed was huge and very comfortable.
The bar did Rainy season 2 for 1 cocktails and these were delicious.
I would recommend the Delanna hotel for a Chiang Mai stay.

Cons:

The pool was a little cold!

מיקום נהדר בתוך העיר העתיקה

Cons:

לקחנו 3 חדרים ל-4 לילות.
בשני חדרים לא היו מים פושרים
בחדר אחד לא היו מים חמים בכלל.
שאלנו את הקבלה מה ניתן לעשות לגבי מים חמים במקלחת, אמרו שניתן למים לזרום 5 דקות וזה יסתדר.
אבל זה לא הסתדר ונאלצנו להתקלח במים קרים.
בבוקר שוב ביקשנו שידאגו שיהיה לנו מים חמים, שלחו איש אחזקה לחדר שנתן לנו את אותו הסבר, לתת למים לזרום 5 דקות.
הייתי לידו והמים זרמו כבר 10 דקות ולא הגיעו מים חמים.
בנוסף הדלת של השירותים באחד מהחדרים נתקעה באמצע הלילה ובבוקר ביקשנו שיגיעו לסדר אותה, לקחת המון זמן עד שהגיע איש אחזקה.
כאשר הוא הגיע ולאחר שסידר את הדלת, אמר שצריך להקפיד לא לסגור את הדלת של חדר השירותים/מקלחת.
ממש לא אהבנו את ההתנהלות של המלון.
הסברנו בקבלה שבתנאים האלו אנחנו לא יכולים להמשיך להיות במלון שלהם, ביקשנו זיכוי/החזר כספי עבור שאר הימים שלא ינוצלו. המלון סירב.
פנינו לבוקינג אך הם לא הצליחו לפתור את הסוגיה וכסף לא קיבלנו.
אנחנו ממש מאוכזבים ולא נמליץ על המלון.

We really loved the pool area and the location!!
Pros:

Pool area and courtyard. We had a room that opened directly to the pool area. Very convenient. Check in staff were great. Breakfast buffet was sufficient but not fantastic. Large room. Excellent location!

Cons:

Our room was the junior suite with pool access. Large room but very dark, even though it had large windows. Ensuite bathroom was large with separate shower and spa bath but the walls were all grey concrete. Felt very 'unfinished' and not deluxe considering we had the best room in the hotel. Breakfast buffet was passable with an omelette station. Only ever 2 kinds of fruit and one was rockmelon. Where's the tropical fruits? Even bananas? Hot foods were the same every day. Staff around the hotel were not friendly like we've experienced all through out Thailand. Breakfast room staff never acknowledged you except to check you in. Often had to get up and ask for a staff member to cook our eggs.

A comfortable stay in a great location.
Pros:

Very good, approachable staff. Helped us book trips, taxi’s etc. Room’s were clean and well maintained. Food in the restaurant was decent. Laundry on site.

Cons:

Patchy wi-fi. Bed is low to the floor.

Great first time to Chiang Mai

Great location, quiet but simple and needs some maintenance
Pros:

Excellent location - 2 min from one of the temples and the Sunday market but very very quiet.
The hotel itself is simple and comfortable.

Cons:

In the room some things needed to be fixed - the bathroom sink was leaking, the handles in the shower and for the hanging were very loose.
The hotel is very simply designed.
