Pros:

Some of the rooms are having open to environment. A lot of mosquitoes problem in the area, hence they come in wholesale. I had to change the room next day, for which staff was co-operative to change the rooms. Next day room was good. Value for money for eco travellers.
Staff is supportive even at mid night issues and resolves problems.

Nothing . The suit room I saw in phone actually it's completely different in hotel.
Hotel staffs are also not supportive ...not giving us complete information.
