Für eine Nacht in Ordnung.

Sehr kleines „Bad“, welches eher als Nasszelle bezeichnet werden könnte.

Wij hebbem een geweldig verblijf gehad.
Pros:

Het personeel is heel aardig en staat altijd voor je klaar. De omgeving is prachtig en op loopafstand zit een heerlijk restaurant met goed eten voor niet teveel geld. Zwembad en de verschillende sauna's waren heerlijk. Bedden lagen echt goed heb nog nooit zo goed geslapen in een hotel. Ontbijt was veel en echt uitgebreid alles eas vers gemaakt en wordt constant bijgevuld en veranderd met verschillende soorten eten. We hebben hier maar 1 nacht geslapen helaas en komen hier zeker nog terug voor meerdere nachten. Dankjewel voor een geweldig verblijf.

Pros:

Proper en mooi hotel

Cons:

Wij hadden een kamer met ontbijt gereserveerd. Na het ontbijt wilden wij de overgebleven broodjes meenemen, omdat wij ze niet allemaal hadden opgegeten. Een medewerker kwam echter naar ons toe en vertelde ons dat dit niet was toegestaan.

Hoewel wij uiteindelijk de broodjes hebben meegenomen, moesten wij hiervoor maar liefst €10 extra betalen. Wij vinden dit absoluut niet redelijk en vooral de manier waarop hiermee werd omgegaan, vonden wij zeer klantonvriendelijk en ongepast.

Wij hebben immers voor het ontbijt betaald en vinden het vreemd dat er vervolgens €10 in rekening wordt gebracht voor enkele overgebleven broodjes. Wij zijn erg teleurgesteld over deze behandeling !!!
