Fantastic location & Modern
Pros:

Amazing location, close to shops and restaurants. Walkable area and central to Fashion Square, Old Town, Camelback, Papago and the Zoo. Nice, modern rooms. Spacious bathroom and comfy bed. My only issue was the room service could be better. Saw a stain on the comforter but the service was good and once I mentioned it to front desk, it was replaced right away.

Cons:

Not as clean as I expected. Service needs to be more attentive to details.

Staff is excellent!!
Pros:

Pronto food is excellent. Need to use china not paper cups. Food quality is too good for takeout containers

Cons:

Room service food from Giada is lovely but put it on a tray with good china. The plastic containers are a real disconnect with the overall quality of your hotel.

Nice hotel, good location but pools are often closed due to scheduled events.

Great location and happy hour.

Cons:

Pools were not always available due to the amount of events. First day both pools were closed due to events.

Not enough cleaning staff - we had to request a few times to have our rooms serviced.
