Calme
Pros:

L’Hotel El Gezira Garden est un oasis de calme dans une ville de Louxor parfois fatigante. Idéal pour se reposer entre des visites de sites historiques où se rafraîchir en cas de chaleur.

A proper little Gem, as much of a highlight of my trip as Luxor itself :)
Pros:

This little gem is tucked away in a quiet spot just a few steps from the Nile ... it feels like you've walked into a slice of magical paradise. At night its incredibly lit, making the gardens as beautiful by night as they are by day.

The staff are warm, welcoming, going out of their way for you, Mohammed the manager, made sure I had my perfect room (beautiful balcony spot, with flowing bougainvillea), and went to every effort to make sure, as a solo female traveller, I was well looked after.

I could go on, suffice to say to people, the food, the vibe is just perfect - so much so I cancelled a day at the Red Sea to soak up the Luxor rays around the hotel pool instead.

I'd heard great things about El Gezira - this hotel exceeded all expectations - I'll definitely be back, like they say, as a friend 🧡

Wie gewohnt sehr schön.
Pros:

Ich war nicht das erste Mal im Gezira Garden. Wie gewohnt, Spitzenservice. Chef und Personal sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Verlängerung einfach per Nachfrage. Der Wächter hat sogar unser Auto geputzt. Wir kommen wieder, Gezira Garden ist immer wieder schön.

Cons:

Zimmerpreis ist für Ägypten schon sportlich.

An oasis of tranquility
Pros:

The hotel is a little oasis of tranquility. It’s very quiet and with so much green and beautiful flowers. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was really lovely and accommodating.

Cons:

While we were really happy that the hotel was able to organise all our tours and visits, we found the costs rather high for these activities.

J'ai vraiment aimé le cadre et le personnel qui était très accueillant. Merci à Hamza qui nous a permis de nous dépanner en cas de besoin ! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel sur tout les points !

Pros:

Hôtel très agréable, avec sa piscine chauffée et son jardin fleuri
Emplacement très pratique, à 2 pas de l'embarcadère pour traverser le Nil
Restaurant sur place, qui propose une cuisine globalement assez réussie

Cons:

Appartement très froid en hiver, beaucoup de courants d'air
Buffet de petit déjeuner assez complet, mais avec des produits pas toujours de très bonne qualité (jus de fruit industriel, pas de vrai café)

Best hotel in Luxor and Egypt to have a calmed and relaxed stay with good prices and services
Pros:

I loved EVERYTHING about it!!! The garden, the room, the cleaningness of the spaces, the restaurant food is very delicious and also in good price as they are local prices. The perianal staff and all members working in the entire hotel are really correct formal and nice people who help you in everything. Also we could do the late check out with no problems as we had to wait for our taxi in the afternoon. They also hired a taxi for us to the airport for quite a good price. The place it's super relaxed you can have breakfast in their beautiful garden. Warm and full of birds singing all ours!! Best of all? Breakfast is complete and so nice and also the price you pay for each night it's incredible and worth it!! If you're looking for a place where to stay relaxed from the touristic area, and have a lovely time as you were living in Egypt this is the place. It's the best hotel we'vebee. In Egypt during our trip as we've been to Cairo Alexandria Aswan and Luxor, and so far this is is the winner!

Cons:

Nothing!! But if I have to say something, when we arrived in our hotel there were no rubbish bags in the bins so we had to put our own plastic bags for the rubbish. But that's a small detail. On the other side, maybe there are a lot of mosquitoes so maybe consider for the future giving the hosts some mosquitoes or fly sprays in the bedroom... But the place is so natural and fill of animals that that inevitable! Oh if you don't mind. Every morning you will hear the mosque prayers or the donkeys sounds from next doors house....still was a fun and an experience for us !!

Un petit îlot de verdure
Pros:

La piscine chauffée pour les enfants.
Le jardin
Les chambres très confortables.
Le personnel adorable qui leur a même fait une blague avec le pliage des serviettes !

Cons:

Mon seul bémol est sur la nourriture. C’est le seul hôtel où 3 d’entre nous ont eu une petite turista.

Un havre de paix
Pros:

Quel hôtel génial ! C’est calme, beau, superbe jardin, superbe piscine très propre et chauffée. Chambres top, confortables, propres. Personnel super. Petit dej super. Meilleur emplacement possible dans louxor ouest pour visiter la rive est.
Petit déjeuner bon sans être dingue.

Charmant hôtel sur la rive ouest de Louxor.
Pros:

Accueil très chaleureux. L’équipe aux petits soins pour booker des activités.
Emplacement central, très proche de l’embarcadère, des restaurants et des visites ( vallée des rois, des reines, temple hatchepsout, montgolfières…)
Petit déjeuner très copieux, le meilleur de notre séjour.

Cons:

La taille de la douche.
