Pros:

One of the most value for money accommodations I've had the pleasure of enjoying on this platform. Complete with facilities such as a washing machine and so many plugs for the family's electric devices. Really close to the night market. Simple check-in process and we were allowed to leave our baggage even after checking out. At our own risk of course.

Cons:

Had to pay early and not on day of checking in.
