El persobal muy apatico, la primer chica que me atenfio ni sabia indicarme lugares para recorrer . Otra persona que me queje porque no habia agua caliente , ponia cara de enojada , y no me woluciono el problema , es decir dos dias me bañe con agua fria , por otrq parte contrate una boche con booking y adicione otra noche mas con ellls , despues de no ttener agua caliebte , le solicite una retribucion , ni un caramelo me dieron !!

Pros:

La ubicación y las instalaciones muy bonitas. El jacuzzi abrirá ofrece unas vistas maravillosas de la panorámica de Santa Marta. Unos atardeceres preciosos. Paula en la recepción nos atendió súper bien, fue muy amable!

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no se sentía mucho. Tocó usar también ventilador. Asumo que debió ser porque estuvimos en plena época de verano y fenómeno del niño.
