Evita este hotel si puedes
Pros:

Buena ubicación, buen desayuno

Cons:

Mala limpieza. No iba la cortina de la habitación. No nos limpiaron la habitación. Muchísimo ruido por la noche (está frente a un bar y hasta las 6am fiesta que parece que la tienes en la habitación)

El staff fue muy amable. Está situado justo en el centro, así que el centro es muy accesible

Hay un local justo al lado donde ponen la música muy alta y hasta muy tarde y se escucha todo en las habitaciones. Hubo una noche que fue imposible dormir.

Hotel deteriorado pero con potencial

Excelente servicio, las personas que nos atendieron muy atentos y diligentes. El desayuno delicioso con buena variedad. La ubicación es buena aunque al lado hay un bar que hace bastante ruido de noche.

Cons:

Las instalaciones están muy deterioradas, el baño no está separado de la habitación y olía muy fuerte a cañería toda la habitación, el lavamanos estuvo dañado 3 días de nuestra estancia, botaba mucha agua, el aire acondicionado también botaba agua. Trataron de cambiarnos de habitación y las dos habitaciones que nos mostraron como opciones tenían el aire acondicionado dañado y hacía mucho calor. En fin pasamos nuestra estancia un poco incómodos por el olor y los regueros de agua pero al menos el aire de esa habitación funcionaba.

Great staff makes for an enjoyable stay, we are planning to come back next year.
Pros:

Coming for the second year in a row we had a great working relationship with the staff from the previous year and were treated as friends and not mere guests. Jeff was the main figure who made our stay so enjoyable.

Cons:

The breakfast was extremely monotonous, more choices should be available. Liz tried to do to the best of her ability but the owners might be limiting what she can offer. Coffee is great, food is OK.

Man hört die straße schon... Und irgendwo ist in kolumbien immer party😉. Und den rooftop jacuzi könnte man mit wenig Aufwand schöner gestalten. Ein Liegestuhl und keine Hängematten, leider

Preis Leistung ist ok. Aber nicht für längere Aufenthalte, eher nur für 2-3 Tage

Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht einwandfrei.

Su atención y ubicación es buena, pero el baño deben arreglarlo

Está bien ubicado, desayuno rico y el personal de la recepción muy amable

Cons:

El baño en mal estado, reservamos habitación con baño para tener privacidad y no lo pudimos utilizarlo nunca porque no tiraba de la cadena, tocó utilizar el baño del patio.

La piscina estaba sucia, no daban ánimos de ingresar
