Petit-dejeuner à améliorer
On était en chambre triple et jai demandé un late chek-out même si c payant mais la dame a la réception m'a demandé de passer en chambre single et de payer presque 50% du prix de la nuitée (500 dh) pour passer 2h de plus dans la chambre , c'était trop excessif je trouve !

Politique de l'établissement à revoir, les autres personnes étaient très aimables à la réception.

J'ai aimé le personnel du restaurant : très accueillant et serviable et ne cesse de faire des propositions pour satisfaire des besoins que le client n'ose pas demandé. l'emplacement est très bon pour le tourisme et aussi pour les affaires administratives. la chambre est très pratique et contient ce qu'il faut pour un confort correct.

Cons:

le prix est trop cher pour les marocains.
le parking n'est pas sur et sans protection.
la réception exige de faire une photocopie de la carte d'identité nationale alors que c'est interdit par la loi. Il suffit de noter les renseignements exigés par la fiche de police en présence du client et rendre la CIN à son propriétaire sans la photocopier.

Hotel is fine, but the restaurant ...
Pros:

Location is great, rooms are clean . Friendly staff.

Cons:

Rooms: The beds are hard.
Restaurant: after explaining, in Arabic, my fish allergy and sending back the first salad with fish, they gave me another salad WITH FISH. Unfortunately, I didn't notice right away and had a reaction. They did try to make things right the next day, which I appreciated. But, the fact that so little attention was was given to the customer should be addressed.

Pros:

Pokój był czysty, codziennie wymieniano ręczniki i sprzątano. Klimatyzacja działała bardzo dobrze. Lokalizacja była dobra - 2 km do Mediny

Cons:

Prysznic przez konstrukcję drzwi przeciekał z każdej strony przy myciu się, zalewając każdorazowo łazienkę. W pokoju nie było żelazka i nie dało się go pożyczyć od obsługi. Śniadania były dość słabe - mały wybór, nie było dobrej szynki ani sera, słodkie przekąski wszystkie smakowały identycznie, nie było owoców. Nam udało się zawsze znaleźć bezpłatne miejsce parkingowe przy hotelu, aczkolwiek było ich niewiele, więc w sezonie myślę, że zaparkowanie blisko nie będzie możliwe
