Pros:

Het hele hotel is schoon en netjes, en het heeft een fantastische ligging in het stadscentrum. Bezienswaardigheden – zoals het Koninklijk Paleis, de Hassantoren, musea en de oude stad – liggen allemaal vlakbij en zijn gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk, het ontbijt is goed en gevarieerd, en de service is uitstekend. De kamer is ruim en schoon, net als de badkamer. Het beddengoed is schoon en er is voldoende aanwezig. Goede service. De beste keuze.

Le comportement du personnel est exceptionnel , tt le staf etais gentil avec nous et a l'ecoute. l'emplacement de l'hôtel il est tt prêt du centre ville c'était facile de ce déplacer. La propreté de la chambre et de l'hôtel rien a dire bien propre

- un hôtel très propre, des chambres spacieuses, idem pour la salle de bain, un grand lit doté d'un matelas au top qui vous assure un sommeil réparateur et très agréable, un grand placard, un coffre fort, un petit frigo, une bouilloire avec thé et café mis à disposition, climatisation, télévision grand écran plat, environnement très calme et nous n'avons pris que la chambre standard 😉 je n'ose même pas imaginer la qualité des chambres supérieures

- un personnel au top, très professionnel, souriant, prevenent, toujours à l'écoute et disponible, une chose très rare aujourd'hui.

- Petit déjeuner très copieux, idem pour la restauration avec d'excellents plats, un service parfait, avec un plus très agréable, car nous n'y sommes pas habitués, une service même en dehors de leurs horaires et même si le restaurant est vide.

Concernant son emplacement, on ne peut rêver mieux, les visites peuvent se faire à pied, la médina, les plages, la Tour Hassane, etc...
Pour les trajets un peu plus long le tram est à côté et si l'on veut sortir de Rabat, la gare de Rabat ville est également à côté.

Sans compter que l'hôtel dispose d'un service voiturier parfait que nous avons utilisé pour nous rendre à l'aéroport de Casablanca pour notre retour en France
