It was a wonderful, beautiful experience; I hope to repeat it 😊
Pros:

The reception staff especially Mr. Amir and Mr. Tareq were incredibly helpful, always available, and cheerful; the hospitality team and the workers were all exceptionally capable, hardworking, and genuinely helpful. 🙂

Cons:

The breakfast was poor—not fresh and lacking variety 😏

Perfect family vacation
Pros:

The location is perfect and the staff was amazing! It's very close to restaurants and popular outing spaces. Everyone was very helpful and prompt. Mr. Amir provided detailed instructions for beach access, which was a walking distance, clean, and not too crowded. The 5-room villa we stayed in was spacious and the private garden had a very nice lake view.

Cons:

Nothing critical. For enhancement, it would be good to add a sink to the kitchenette in the villa for washing the dishes and glasses. The cleaning of the private pool could also be scheduled later in the day to avoid high chlorine content midday.
