Despite a few minor issues, the friendly staff made our stay a pleasant one.
Pros:

The location is convenient, the bed is very large, the facilities are modern, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

In our first room, the air conditioner kept making loud crackling noises. I recorded the sound and reported it to the staff the next morning. When they came to inspect it, the noise wasn't happening at that moment, so they asked us to monitor it. By the afternoon, the problem was still there. After I showed them several video recordings (about 30 minutes in total), they immediately arranged a room change for us.

In the new room, the air conditioner was not cooling properly. After we reported it, a staff member came to check it. At our suggestion, he cleaned the air filter, which improved the cooling slightly, but it still wasn't very cold. Even when set to 16°C, it felt more like 25°C. Later that night, the air conditioner also started making the same crackling noises.

Since this was already our second room, and we felt the noise was probably not limited to a single room, we decided not to report it again.

Overall, although we experienced a few issues, the staff were always willing to help and did their best to resolve them. We are very grateful for their kindness and excellent service.

Cons:

The soundproofing could be improved, as we could hear people talking in the neighboring room.
