Must try
Pros:

I want to start by giving a huge shout-out to the amazing staff who provided some of the best customer service we experienced during our trip. Faruk, Salem, Dennis, and Nasem were all incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The customer service was absolutely outstanding!

The hotel itself felt like a 5-star experience. It was clean, beautiful, and located right in the middle of the city, making it incredibly convenient to get around and explore.

The breakfast was also excellent, and Almaz did an amazing job! There was a great selection, everything was fresh, and the service made the experience even better.

Overall, this was one of the best hotels I stayed at during my trip. From the cleanliness and location to the incredible staff and breakfast, everything was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Pésimo descanso nocturno, habitación pequeña y desayuno repetitivo
Pros:

El personal es agradable. Solo por este motivo no les valoro con un 1.

Cons:

Estuvimos alojados 3 noches. Las 2 primeras noches aún pudimos descansar, pero la última noche fue horrible, ya que se hospedó un grupo de estudiantes de unos 20 años que estuvieron armando muchísimo ruido durante toda la noche.
Al principio no quisimos quejarnos porque entendemos que son chicos/as jóvenes que están disfrutando de sus vacaciones con los amigos, pero tras más de 1h de jaleo constante (ruido al subir y bajar las escaleras, hablaban en voz alta, golpes fuertes en la puerta de al lado…). Pero lo peor de todo fue un chico que contrató los servicios de una prostituta (lo sabemos porque la vimos salir de la habitación y marchar hacia la calle a altas horas de la madrugada) y él estuvo gimiendo muy fuerte hasta pasadas la 1 a.m.
Al final tuvimos que vestirnos y bajar de inmediato hasta la recepción para quejarnos de los ruidos tan estruendosos y es cierto que de inmediato subió el personal de recepción para llamar la atención de la habitación de al lado.
Al día siguiente, durante el desayuno, los responsables del hotel se acercaron para disculparse y pedirnos qué podían hacer para resarcirnos. Les dijimos que ya nada, pero aconsejamos al hotel que valore si les compensa más tener un grupo de estudiantes escandalosos o unos clientes que saben convivir con el resto de huéspedes.
Además, nos dijeron que varios huéspedes se quejaron de esos mismos ruidos (en ese momento entendí los fuertes golpes en la puerta).
Otra cosa que no nos gustó nada fue que no nos hicieran la cama cada día y ni tan siquiera se molestaran en cambiar las papeleras o reponer el papel del W.C.
La habitación en la que nos alojaron era muy pequeña y a penas se podía pasar de un lado al otro de la cama porque chocaba directamente con la pared.
Y el desayuno muy repetitivo y poco variado.
En resumen, no nos volveríamos a hospedar en este hotel.

Das Personal, insbesondere an der Rezeption, war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Hotel liegt relativ zentral und der HBF ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

Pros:

Очень чистенькой и аккуратный отель, персонал нашел бесплатное место для парковки моего мотоцикла.
Чистые номера, чистое бельё.

Cons:

Грязь и мусор на улице, но это не вина отеля, а скорее отношение местных к своему городу.
