El personal es encantador. El hotel es muy limpio y moderno. Cerca del centro histórico (aunque la calle en sí deja un poquito que desear, claro que eso no es un problema del hotel per se).

İlk qarşılamadan etibarən gülərüz personal var idi. Yerləşdiyi əraziyə görə də çox sakit otel idi. Qətiyyən narahatlıq yaradan şərait olmadı

Clean, nice and great food (9/10).
Pros:

Location, room, breakfast and I think the owner at reception, he was really nice.

Cons:

Food it's great, but a microwave in that area would be nice for the followig reasons: Some things during breakfast were cold like the scrambled eggs, we asked to warm them up to the man in charge. Next day again, I asked for it and we were ignored by that man, until a woman came to us and told us the microwave was not working. He looked mad at us for asking to warm our eggs, but not all people like cold food and it was annoying to keep asking the same thing. It was our honeymoon and my wife was sad by this.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing, very friendly, helpful, and extremely understanding throughout our visit. They really made us feel welcome and comfortable.

The location is great and very convenient for getting around the city. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We actually extended our stay because we liked it so much, and we will definitely come back again the next time we are in Ankara. Highly recommended!
