The resort fee is paid on destination at all times. It includes:
- WiFi high speed access through the hotel's guest rooms and public areas for up to 4 devices per room.
- Two bottles of water in the room (Daily replenish).

- 24-hour access to the fitness center
- Luggage storage on arrival and/or departure up until 9:00 PM (No overnight).
- Beach chair and umbrella services on the beach (1 umbrella and up to 4 chairs per room).

Service animals are permitted, however emotional support animals are not permitted.

Parking is available at the hotel as follows: $57 per car/per night - Oversize car $68.40 per car/ per night. Great facilities, but terrible check-in experience
Pros:

Very good location, decent breakfast and amazing pool and beach facilities!!

Cons:

I had a very frustrating experience at this hotel. We arrived at 5 AM with children, and the front desk staff was completely inflexible and disorganized regarding an early check-in. Despite the situation, there was no empathy or effort to prioritize our room. We were forced to wait until 3 PM to get access. I do not recommend this place for families who value basic customer service and organization."

Pros:

Lage ist gut, direkt am Strand und nicht weit zu South Beach. Frühstück ist top! Ruhiges Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick aber dünne Wände und hellhörig

Cons:

Preis Leistungsvergleich nicht sehr gut. Zimmer sehr einfach zu Ned nicht richtig sauber. Boden fühlt sich klebrig an und teilweise spürte man den Sand vom Strand. Am 2. Tag wurden ohne vorankndigung sämtliche Türschlosse im Stockwerk getauscht. Das war sehr laut und wir konnten eine zeitlang nicht ins Zimmer. Es gab dafür aber weder Entschuldigung noch Entschädigung!

Cons:

Old fashioned room. You can hear people in the next room speak and listen to their conversation. Hallway incredibly noisy till late at night. Breakfast has a lot of options but is not warm enough, no fresh pastry and bread and therefore nothing really special.
Therefore way to expensive for what you get

Pros:

The staff at the front desk especially lyli who checked us in were exceptional ,the breakfast was great every day we stayed and the view from our room was stunning

Buen hotel, muy bien ubicado, con un desayuno con muchas opciones y de buena calidad. El personal muy amable, se preocupan de que uno esté cómodo. He estado antes y se nota que hay una preocupación especial por esto. El sector de piscina muy agradable y acceso directo a la playa, y el restaurante de servicio rápido muy bueno y con un ambiente muy agradable

Cons:

El aire acondicionado de la habitación muy ruidoso y solo funcionaba a velocidad máxima de circulación de aire, lo que no pudo ser solucionado por personal de mantenimiento. El ventilador de techo no funcionaba.

Heerlijk verblijf in dit hotel
Pros:

Het is een mooi ruim hotel, met een mooie tuin met zwembad. Aan de achterzijde is het autoloos (alleen fiets/ wandelpad) voordat je naar het strand loopt. Personeel was heel vriendelijk, Zwembad met handdoekservice en zwembadbar. Mooie kamer en goed schoon.

Cons:

Het ligt iets verder weg van de restaurants op south beach, waardoor je daar niet makkelijk naar toe wandelt. In de ochtend duren de liften wat langer.
