Pros:

Moc hezké ubytování, čisté prostředí, velmi vkusné vybavení a neuvěřitelně dobrá restaurace.

Cons:

Očekávala jsem, že snídaně je v ceně a to nebyla, takže mi ve výsledku poměr ceny přišel poměrně vysoký. Dále bych ocenila alespoň jednu výměnu ručníků během pobytu a alespoň základní úklid pokoje včetně vynesení odpadků.
U snídaní jsem sice chápala, že se doplňuje jídlo šetrně, aby se neplýtvalo, ale doplnění ovoce po pár kostičkách melounu nebo zbytky několika kousků zeleniny mě neoslnilo.

Beautiful hotel but not Details oriented
Pros:

The hotel is a wonderful palace, probably newly renovated in its entirety, the property is sitting on a hill dominating the valley. The swimming pool is small but it is a nice touch. The restaurant and café are present and offer nice meal and snacks options. The flat was spacious and well equipped.

Cons:

Please don't advertise air conditioned rooms if that is not the case. We booked a room with AIR CONDITIONING because of the heatwave and we even contacted them beforehand to make sure it was working. Unfortunately, We were given a room without the air conditioning. We would have left immediately but we were tired and it was too hot to go looking for an alternative or spend an eternity on the phone with customer service. They offered us a ventilator and a free dinner to make up for it, which was nice but not sufficient considering the fact that the room temperature was far from ideal, making bedtime a rather unpleasant situation. There were way too many spider nets in the corners of the flat.

Moc krásné prostředí (kouzelné místo u zámku, hlavně výhled od venkovního bazénu).
Cons:

Měli jsme pokoj s terasou, terasa nebyla uklizená od pavučin a listí, přivítali bychom i podsedáky pod židle (ale řekli jsme si o ně na recepci), jinak spokojenost.

Od bazénu bylo vidět okny do pokoje, jak do výkladní skříně. Parkoviště a okolí ubytování by chtěla více flóry.

Moc pěkné místo hned u zámku, pokoj s teráskou, venkovní vyhřívaný bazén, na nádvoří trampolína. Nevyužili jsme kolárnu a samovýčep, wellness,ani možnost snídaní, ale možnost byla.

Cons:

Na nás tvrdé matrace. Ocenila bych sítě proti hmyzu v oknech.

Ładny obiekt położony w górach. Bardzo dobra restauracja. Pokoje przestronne. Malutki basenu ale super położony.

Większość obsługi nie mowi zupelnie po angielsku. Najpierw w dniu przyjazdu dostaliśmy pokoj bez klimatyzacji, pani pracująca powiedziala, ze fakt, ze booking tak opisał pokoj nie znaczy, ze musimy dostac taki pokój. Ostatecznie sie udalo. W pokojach 3 oosibiwych bylo rowno po 3 sztuki talerzy, sztućce, kubków, w każdej kuchni duża zmywarka straszne marnotrastwo wody i energii, zebybyruchamiac zmywarkę zapełniona w 1/4. Obiekt niby zadbany... jednak w trakcie pobytu okazalo sie, ze nad jednym.z pokoi jest mrowisko latających mrówek. Udalo soe zmienić pokoj i tym razem niestety na nieklimatyzowany. Natomiast my ten problem widzieliśmy od samego przyjazdu.
