Beautiful hotel, perfect location, great staff!
Pros:

Pretty little hotel with clean, modern rooms and helpful staff. The hotel was quiet so we were kindly upgraded to a balcony room free of charge. Diana was kind and helpful to us throughout our stay, thank you! The view from the balcony was incredible. The location of the hotel is also a massive selling point, 1 minute from the end of the Calle Real. Loads of great places to eat and drink nearby.

A great, fairly new hotel at the edge of Salento's downtown area
Pros:

Our second-floor room, with two full (or double) beds and a balcony, was great. It was spacious and very clean, and the bathroom was nice, too. The view from the balcony was very nice, too. It's sort of on the edge of the busier part of town, which is great because it's a quieter location but a very short walk to the main square. I'd recommend this place and stay here again.

Cons:

The neighbourhood roosters are quite a loud bunch in the mornings, so you might need some earplugs, but of course, that's part of the charm of Salento (and not the fault of the hotel). Note that the hotel doesn't serve breakfast, and if you intend to get an early start on an excursion (for example to Valle de Cocorra), it'll be hard to find breakfast anywhere in town before 8 am.

Muy bueno para hospedarte en Salento
Pros:

Cogimos la habitación con balcón. Era bastante amplia y cómoda! Por la mañana se escuchaba mucho la naturaleza y eso daba mucha paz. La chica de la recepción era muy amable

A great little hotel, close to the vibrant centre
Pros:

Quiet location but very near the centre. Staff extremely friendly & helpful. Extremely tasteful decor. Everything immaculate with high standard of cleanliness. Great value for money.

Hot water in the sink would have been helpful

La excelencia del tumbaga...
Pros:

La recepcionista (con el pelo largo liso y moreno)fue muy simpática y atenta en todo momento. Incluso una noche cuando tenía dolor en la rodilla nos facilitó hielo siendo muy amable. Además fue muy amigable en todo momento. Por otro lado, también fue muy atenta en recibirnos y en despedirnos. Nos hizo sentir como en casa y además nos gestionó la llegada y salida a través de una empresa de conductores del pueblo.

Pros:

The staff are very friendly and attentive. The room is clean. The bed, pillows and blankets are comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom doesn't have a vent to release the moist after use so the bedroom feels very humid especially when everything is closed.

Alles in allem Super, mega Lage und sehr freundliches Personal.
