Pros:

Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.
Even when I needed some special arrangements for breakfast, the team went above and beyond to fulfill our needs.
The room was spacious and clean with all necessary facilities and services.

الحمدلله رب العالمين كانت رحلة جميلة لمست فيها الجمال فى كل شئ بدأ من الإستقبال والإقامة الممتعة والترفيه على حمام السباحة وخاصة لأحفادي الذين استمتعوا مع الشخصيات التى ترتدى الدبة والأرنب مع فقرة مدفع الفوم مع الموسيقى الجميلة طوال تواجدنا بالإضافة لنظافة المطعم وحسن مظهر موظفين الاستقبال والمطعم ونوعية المأكولات جيدة سواء فى الإفطار او العشاء والف شكر ايضاً على نظافة غرف الفندق

Superb location, clean, Good food

Cons:

I booked a dublex room sea view with balcony. When i received ghe room i found out its a ground floor lake front but i cant see the lake from the trees and the pool, while it didnt have a balcony, just an entrance for a ground floor room. It's not stated in the details its a ground floor and the pictures shows it in a high floor. I complained and the staff gently explained that this type of room is only ground floor so I requested to change the room to a high floor standrad room which was cheaper. So i was not satisfied with the value of money.

Pros:

I liked the staff perfection regarding dealing with customer, resturant espicially breakfast and room services.

Cons:

The beach is not ready for kids playing
Also, the spread of many crows ( black birds ) there make the pool is uncomfortable and not safe if you left any food or drink.

I had a wonderful stay at Tolip El Forsan Hotel. The location is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the facilities are excellent. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and professional. A special thanks to Ms. Omnia Kotb (Guest Relations) for her exceptional hospitality, warm welcome, and continuous support throughout my stay. She made my experience even more enjoyable with her kindness and professionalism.

chambre agréable confortable vue magnifique
Disponibilité du personnel tout particulièrement de la personne chargée des relations avec la clientèle, efficace et a l'écoute

Cons:

musique beaucoup trop forte a la piscine
chambre et rideaux tirés, persistance de volume de la musique trop fort et gène +++ a minuit
